一、抵达酒店
在喜来登住了五晚又五晚,天天看到这家希尔顿,觉得就在喜来登对面,在离开曼谷前来尝尝吧。
试了就试了,没什么惊喜,可能泰国病例急升,来的时候才二十多病例,最后订了的泰亚机票更取消,补票要迟两天到港,结果逃不掉被隔离的命运。。。
回说这酒店,满怀兴奋的拿着一箱一袋的行李,上了喜来登的船,又再到美景醉人的iconsiam。再看看Millennium hilton,呆了,怎会没路去的?
原来MH 跟iconsiam 的码头是隔开的,从iconsiam走去MH,要绕一大段路,到了大堂,已满身大汗
跟酒廊MON姐聊聊,原来这酒店是像洲际制度,若非房满,只升一级,硬性规定,要求也没用
Mon 姐黑着面,极配合泰国禁令的气氛,酒廊景真的极美,除了这个景,就只有这个景了。
沿途从ICONSIAM 过来,不想再绕了,所以宅在酒店。
二、客房
就是高层行政房,算是此行最没看头的了,连角房也没有,看对面大楼的大床房。
跟第二天的conradsuite比,四倍大小。
其实万豪集团政策真好,让VIP真的有VIP的感觉,房间都是空出来,没人住也只会让房间设备呆放,若套房没人订,一周也没换没清洁,房间也不好处理,让VIP升级了,loyalty才能更高,像这样一次的希尔顿,大家想要套的,就别选这家了。
三、设施与服务
心情不好,遇上没电的屏(黑面MON),也就宅在房内,幸好泰国有outcallmassage
四、餐饮
在疫情下,大家都坐在户外早餐,这里的早餐还不错,就是咳嗽声音比较多,有点怕了。
五、周边玩乐
ICONSIAM真的“这么近那么远”,我想伸手拉近点,竟触不到那边,就欠一点点,但这一点点,很远。。。
金碧辉煌的江景,但由后街走过来,就又老又残了,完全没心情走出去
六、整体评价
酒店有点老,员工也像战斗格的,随时可吵上半天,听到他们跟客人吵,特别是那肥美寛大、没电的屏(黑面mon),一句希尔顿global policy只限升一级,我便赖得要求升套了。
21000分住这家,确实不值,最重要是,没有像万豪那种customer relationship manager,在酒廊里跟客人聊天、亲切招待、一定要让客人有宾至如归的态度。
这里四五个人在酒廊,可能希尔顿集团的培训是COOL吧,感觉没酒廊的W比这里更暖,特别是机器人Mon 姐,就是机器化地拒绝客人,完全就是爱来就来,多你一个不多的高贵格调的领导,在这里实习的学生,白白浪费多月,真的学不了什么是“服务”。
听说亲友价是400左右,那还算不错,但21000分就不会再来了,若要去iconsiam,对面喜来登会近好多,这家是孤岛店,试过了就必定不会再来。

酒店有部份楼层已经翻新,入住非常舒适,早餐可以坐近河边进食,但有不少雀鸟与你一同进食,现在有BTS新线在酒店外,出入更加方便。

为了去iconsiam所以特地住在千禧希尔顿,步行时间约5至十分钟。饭店房间有重新装潢,满舒适。饭店早餐走总量丰富路线,但就是丰盛的大陆型早餐,没有地方特色有点失望。是先有emal请饭店准备沙发床给孩子,但到现场却说没相关讯息,退房速度很慢,房间讯息也有错误,柜台人员脸很臭,下次来曼谷试试看别间。

酒店就在湄南河畔,在房间也可以透过大玻璃窗看到往来摆渡的船只。
酒店设施不算新,你要求不苛刻的话,住起来还是很舒服。睡觉时很安静,夜晚的湄南河安静而美丽。早起一睁眼拉开窗帘,就看到充满活力的湄南河,可以直接感受到湄南河独特的魅力。
酒店提供摆渡船,大概30分钟一趟。下了船就是地铁站,去哪里都很方便。
酒店旁边就是iconsiam,一层有很多当地的小吃,很方便懒人觅食。
另:我飞的是红眼航班,早上8、9点就到酒店了,但是入住要下午才能办。酒店提供了可以使用酒店健身房淋浴的服务,非常的赞!!!
其他服务一般,无功无过~
