We are here 100% for our guests and we are happy when our guests share any issue they may have during their stay with us, especially when they are still here with us because we have the chance to do something for them. In your case, we did not know how you were feeling about your room.
BED Phrasingh (3 star) is now ranked number 2 of all hotels in Chiangmai by travellers on TripAdvisor, amongst all the 5 star hotels. This makes us proud but sometimes it also worries us as guests may have unrealistic expectations.
Our hotel concept is not about luxury but about clean, minimalist and simple accommodation with outstanding hospitality, this is what we deliver to our guests. We could not locate your reservation by using your TripAdvisor name so we don't know in which room you have stayed but we did check all our rooms after reading your comments however we could not find any room that would match with the room description you have given.
