这次全家亲子游选择芭提雅盛泰澜幻影度假酒店，体验感拉满！酒店的亲子设施超丰富，儿童泳池、游乐区一应俱全，孩子玩得超开心。房间宽敞舒适，干净整洁，能让一家人都好好休息。服务人员热情周到，有求必应，还帮忙安排了相邻房间。周边美食众多，出行也很方便。酒店的每一处细节都在为家庭游客考虑，真的太贴心了，下次度假还选这儿！

总体还不错，最大的问题就是有人当天不归还浴巾，一直占着沙滩椅。还有就是泳池浴巾严重不足。网络不稳定。

提前大概两周预定的，订房时没有任何通知或说明整个酒店大部分区域在装修，最主要的是带孩子去就是冲着水上乐园去的，除了游泳池，整个水上乐园处于装修状态，对，手机整个！什么也没玩到，跟其他普通酒店有什么区别？房费是普通酒店的两三倍！如果设施齐备，我认可这个价格，但是这样的价格，到店后发现整个水上乐园是不能玩在装修的，我认为这个一种商业欺骗！
