来泰国一周，住了几个酒店，盛捷的工作人员是中文最好的，全程中文，沟通没困难，不管是环境还是服务都很满意，服务很热情，帮忙搬行李的工作人员很可爱，chart 中文超级好，我用中文跟他沟通，他都能听懂！！！！！超级热情！！！！！家庭旅游的话，建议住大房间，一应俱全很方便，酒店附近很便捷。对面就是商场。负一层全是吃的，还有超市，楼上衣服化妆品都有！！！！再来泰国一定还会在住这里！！！！推荐大家住这里哦！！！！

We are very happy to learn that you had a very pleasant stay with us, especially the positive feedback on our room and facilities such as the room with full equipment and kitchenette and our hotel location where close to big shopping mall.
Also, the compliments feedback to our team member service, Mr. Chart from Bellman, Your positive feedback will encourage team for more better. We also have Guest Service who is fluent speak Chinese as well.
