Dear Jordan M,
Thank you for your recent stay with us and to rate your experience as "VERY GOOD".
On our way to offer an enjoyable stay for our guests we appreciate every comment and we have noted your feedback. Carpets in our Deluxe Mountainview rooms had been changed 2years ago so we will have a look what happened and check the bathroom too.
However we are pleased to see that you were happy with our staff as we put lots of efforts in training them.
We hope to see you become part of our huge regular guest family and please feel free to get in touch with us for your next stay.

儿童使用现有床铺还要再加钱，孩子实在吃不了多少早餐，加的钱却不少，不太人性化。房间，海景，地理位置和泳池都还不错。

地理位置还不错，不过一切都很老旧很普通，靠近中央百货9central festival ）和芭提雅夜市（ pattaya night baazaar)，工作人员很友善，不过来回就那几个人，有个叫katt的厨师，特别好。总之我们度过了一个愉快的假期。
