在入住的时候就找不到钥匙, 最后还是用手机打国际电话才联络上屋主, 但这才是惨剧的开始 1. 微波炉、瓦斯炉都坏掉 2. 电箱狂跳电相关电器网路都不能用 3. 水压不够 4. 洗衣机在室外超脏根本不敢使用 5. 脚踏车也是坏的 6. Villa 内的手册也都是旧资讯
能开心的大概就是空间大还有公用泳池大, 在能完全改善之前个人不会推荐家族旅行到这边

首先也是最重要的是,我们开车进入了贫民窟,看起来就像有人在贫民窟中建了一座“别墅”。酒店实际一点也不像那些照片。又破又脏。维护得很差。泳池里破掉的瓷砖还割破了我的大腿。第二天,房子里出现了一条蛇,我们不得不跑去让保安去处理,非常感谢,因为这不是他的工作。酒店没有道歉,其中一个女人走了进来,就像我们在开玩笑一样,要求看那条蛇,还指责我们放蛇进来。我们待了一天就离开了,要求酒店退还我们没有消费的那两天的房费,酒店拒绝了。我不会推荐任何人入住这里。

整个旅行行程,被这间villa蒙上污点。
1. 下午4时到达,完全找不到人check in,电话冇人接听,车闸保安完全沟通不到,搞左好耐,下午6时,先联络到职员安排villa,但获编配的villa与我订的相片不符,但该职员坚持是这间,无耐接受。

2. 恶梦开始,单位内劲多乌绳,及蚊子,真的超多,最少有十几只,唔知边度飞入嚟。

3. 泳池水令到我7岁女儿面部敏感,出红疹。

4. 2个浴室,其中一个花洒d水非常弱,完全冲唔到凉。

5. 半夜停电,全屋无电,无冷气,打电话冇人接,(超劳气),上网再睇评语,原来有前人留言话自行去电箱重开,于是照做,果然ok,洹当晚一共停左3次。

我们对这家酒店的评论很复杂。首先我们通过Booking网站预订了房间,照片上显示的是个别墅,但我们入住的时候,安排给我们的不是我们预订的别墅,而酒店解释的原因也很拙劣。我们联系了别墅老板和Booking,他们两边都说不能解决我们的问题。但另外,这里的别墅维护得很好,工作人员也很乐于助人,游泳池很干净很好。总的来说,住在这个酒店是一种既好又不好的经历。

179号别墅,里面的浴室柜满是灰尘,淋浴头很不干净,非常脏,浴室的地板也很脏,淋浴器喷出的水穿过玻璃隔板,洒在地板上,我们整个入住过程一直都这样,长达2-3小时内电视一直没有信号,大多数的门都不能打开,它们被永久锁定。由于过去的盗窃问题。唯一能帮助到我们的人是保洁的女佣,她尽可能帮助我们,我们很感激她,但高级管理层需要阅读所有的猫途鹰上的评论并且做出改变,应该在游客到达之前彻查别墅。似乎没有人真的在乎我们的意见,VIP别墅只是一个吸引你的噱头,没有一个这样的入住,我希望在我错误地预订这里之前,我应该读一下猫途鹰的评论!!

Thank you for taking the time to write a review for us here. We are a little confused as to how you can praise the services of the housekeeping maid, yet you mention the bathroom was dirty. We are sorry to hear that the television had some connectivity problems, as we were not made aware of this during your stay, we appreciate you pointing it out to us and we will send our technician to fix the problem.

We can assure you that really do care and we do our best to appease any disgruntled guests when they bring things to our attention during their time with us, unfortunately, we do not always get the opportunity to make amends as guests very often leave us high ratings on our in house survey and do not mention any grievances until they leave and we read about it later in our reviews.

We sincerely apologise for glass partition in the shower allowing water to spread on the floor, it appears to be a bad design and we will look into making improvements.

We do have a team of supervisors who check the villas prior to check in and we clearly were not up to mark for your stay.

Please accept our sincerest apologies and allow us to serve you again in the future.

WiFi不能用,电话不能用。需要客服服务或者需要额外的毛巾一个人总需要从别墅出来走到安全的地方打电话给他。洗漱间的某个地方发出恶臭,他们说为我们留了一个空气清新剂。气味太浓烈了,门必须关着。食物质量-很不新鲜,不是vip待遇。

Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your stay. It is with regret that we understand that you were dissatisfied with your stay. We understand that you had some issues with the WiFi during your stay, which is unfortunate as we are normally highly rated for the connection. As the phone system relies on the WiFi, this was the reason why the phone did not work. Our technician is currently looking into the matter. As for the odour from the bathroom, this is the downside of the complicated plumbing systems in Thailand as they do not install U-bends. We have seen some reviews of a similar nature in 5 star hotels in Pattaya and it is simply out of our control.

Regarding your food, we would like to know more about the particular items of food that you ordered and claim to be stale. We take pride in our food and attention to detail, but clearly we were not up to standards on your stay. We are truly sorry that your stay was compromised and we hope that you will give us the opportunity to welcome you again and a chance to serve you better in the future.
