Thank you for taking the time to write a review for us here. We are a little confused as to how you can praise the services of the housekeeping maid, yet you mention the bathroom was dirty. We are sorry to hear that the television had some connectivity problems, as we were not made aware of this during your stay, we appreciate you pointing it out to us and we will send our technician to fix the problem.
We can assure you that really do care and we do our best to appease any disgruntled guests when they bring things to our attention during their time with us, unfortunately, we do not always get the opportunity to make amends as guests very often leave us high ratings on our in house survey and do not mention any grievances until they leave and we read about it later in our reviews.
We sincerely apologise for glass partition in the shower allowing water to spread on the floor, it appears to be a bad design and we will look into making improvements.
We do have a team of supervisors who check the villas prior to check in and we clearly were not up to mark for your stay.
