这个地方本身很漂亮,位于湖边的牧区。我们的别墅有3个房间,非常宽敞,但是设计得很灰暗,有很大的空间,都是空的和没用过的,别墅很脏,清洁水平很差,床单和毛巾上面都有污渍。他们不是用吸尘器打扫,而是用扫把。在房间的入口处,有一个盛着先前客人吃剩的食物的锅。一个花园长椅被用作起居室的桌子,上面满是污渍,很脏。房间里没有空调,只有风扇。服务员并没有把浴液和洗发精装满,也没有清洗玻璃杯。每次我们都必须要求员工做这些事情。在餐厅里可供选择的食物相对较少。如果食物或饮料吃完了,在我们提醒之后,服务员才会来补充。所以我成了餐厅的主管,因为主管不称职。此外,酒店正在对人行道进行翻新,一大早就听到了巨大的撞击声和敲击声,扰乱了客人的平静,完全破坏了我们所期待的安静体验。前往市内的班车(只有3班)数量很少,而且返程的车安排得不够,工作人员非常冷淡,我们觉得自己不受欢迎!花这么多钱入住这家酒店真不值得!

因为天气原因,我们来到了大叻。我的朋友强烈推荐我们去这家度假村住宿,于是我们在这里住了三个晚上。这里的基础设施很齐全,维护的也很好。花园是如此的自然和美丽。我们真的很喜欢度假村花园里的新鲜蔬菜和水果。每个餐桌上都有玫瑰,工作人员非常的热情和友好(包括行李员,酒吧服务员,客房服务员,园林管理者)。但是我认为酒店的管理者应该提升一下管理水平,因为我们在办理入住手续时,有一个不是很好的经历——当我把护照交给他时,客服部经理没有向我们打招呼,他以为我是导游??然后我们的护照就被酒店保管了,正如他所说,直到我们退房付款时,才会将我们的护照还给我们。与这个地区的其他度假村相比,自助早餐很不错。但大部分员工的身上都没有名牌,经理们总是拿着智能手机玩耍,只有员工在照顾客人。餐厅里面的经理与客人间,几乎没有任何交流,甚至都不会看客人一眼,这让人感觉很不受尊重。但不管怎样,我们在这里住得还是很开心的,我们享受着这里夏天凉爽、新鲜的空气。

我和我的妻子在特拉可塔度过了4个轻松的日子。酒店距离城镇15分钟路程,但幸好每天有4次往返城镇的班车(我们每天都在坐)。特拉可塔是一家湖畔酒店,拥有宁静的步行道和庭院。有游泳池,健身房,休闲区和水疗中心,都是分开独立的房子。有2个早餐区,室内和室外,但由于众多的旅游团,非常满和非常忙碌。不幸的是,酒店不提供摩托车租赁服务。达坦拉瀑布距离酒店仅有5分钟路程,乘客自己控制的过山车非常棒。整体来说,特拉可塔为你在探索大叻市的旅行提供干净宽敞的空间。我肯定会在下次旅行时再来。
