We're glad to hear that you found our hotel room quite spacious and we're pleased that it contributed to better sleep due to sound insulation, especially considering you spend most of the day exploring.
We're delighted to hear your positive feedback about our friendly staff. Communication is crucial, and we're glad our team utilized translation software to ensure effective communication and even took the initiative to show you around some of Hanoi's attractions.

这家酒店的位置非常棒，而且这家酒店的员工是我们旅行中的一大亮点，他们很容易与我们沟通，也很容易理解我们的需求。在到达之前，我已经预定了一辆车去机场接我们，但是我不记得具体的到达时间，所以我打电话询问，工作人员找到了我的预订，当我们离开河内机场时，正好有一辆车在等着我。当我们到达酒店时，工作人员很快在我们的车里接我们拿行李。当我们进入我们的房间时，我们看到他们为我们蜜月准备了一个蛋糕，这真是一个意外惊喜!第二天，客户服务经理卢满足了我们的升级要求(那间房在我们入住的第一天晚上就被其他人预定了)。他非常有礼貌，理解我们的需要。这里的员工真是太棒了!酒店的位置也非常的好，就位于城市的中心，我就喜欢住在这样的地方。我们是周一晚上入住的，外面一片熙熙攘攘。当你走到外面的时候，那里有小吃摊、酒吧和餐馆。虽然我们还没有机会在那里吃饭，但是酒店的屋顶酒吧让我们可以看到城市的美丽景色。房间很漂亮，很宽敞，有所有需要的设施。总的来说，对于那些想要住在河内中心位置的人来说，我强烈推荐这家酒店。

Du ngo很帮忙 会回答问题 也很热心推介一些当地地道的餐厅美食 而且也会给一些优惠卷
