Dear Ellie, Thank you so much for sharing your feedback, both positive and constructive. We apologize that the service of the buses between Hanoi - Sapa didn't meet your expectation. We also have difficulties in finding a bus that provide drop off back to our customer's hotel on the way back since there's only one company provide that service but they dont have the vip cabin bus. Your comments have been discussed at length with the bus company and also between our staff to ensure that our services will be increased in quality.
