饭店服务的品质无法言喻，在入住前饭店即发现我的不连续住房的预约，并再来信确认并告知饭店可协助的服务，实在非常贴心。
从抵达饭店的门口就可以开始完全的放松，在门外礼宾人员即接收我们的行李，寄放到进房后送到我们的房内，完全不耗费我们的一丝力气，使用Grab app不太清楚时礼宾人员也很耐心的协助我们。
我们预定的房型为市景三人房，房间非常的宽敞舒适，空间上三个人的大行李箱打开来空间还是绰绰有余，拉开窗帘日光能照进房间，温暖又明亮。我们有一位80岁的老人家，床的软硬度很适合她，不用担心太软。我们外出去了两日游回来后甚至还在床上摆了welcome home的图案欢迎我们，虽然这里不是我真正的家，但在这入住了三晚，甚至在最后一晚得到亲手写的卡片，让人非常感动。饭店从硬体设施到优质的服务让人感觉太美好，以后来河内绝对都会回来这个家。
餐厅的服务人员也非常的亲切，早上一进门即热情的问候。食用素食的长辈可以不用担心，选择的种类很多，服务人员都会很热心的讲解内容物。
饭店本身的地理位置非常的好，完全不用担心吃，基本上旧城区的景点如果脚力没有问题都走得到。
最值得分享的是柜台的前台人员非常的亲切又专业，你可以坐着办理入住手续，一边享受着迎宾饮料与点心，仿佛来到渡假酒店。每日前台都会关心我们的行程、入住的舒适度，甚至关心我们的航班，询问是否有需要协助的地方。以及每日早上出门、晚上回来亲切的问好，这股正能量让我这4天3夜都过得非常好。在入住过程中我们发生了一个意外是把手机遗落在我们自己预订的一日游的车上，并请前台协助联系，多亏有她的帮忙，我才能找回手机，协助我的是一位前台的女员工，很遗憾没有记下她的名子，但我相信在这个让人感到宾至如归的服务体制下，员工都能相互的学习，选择善良，每一位员工都有功劳在。
很幸运能入住到这间饭店，优质的服务，非常值得我花时间在此推荐这家酒店！

We are really lucky with our central placed location and that our property is near by to the Hoan Kiem lake - a heart of Ha Noi, which most of the touristic attractions are easily accessible on foot.

从一进门就感受柜台人员的细心，在check in的时间，会准备茶水点心让我们不无聊，在10月3日两个走到腿快断的人，一开房门看到那摆饰，整个超惊喜，老公很开心，因为连我都没帮他准备蛋糕，哈哈。但我带他来玩啦～哈哈一直到退房共五天。真的很贴心的服务让我备感窝心。
