我们在这家酒店住了两晚，非常喜欢日本人的好客。当我们到的时候，下午茶刚刚开始，我们感到非常受欢迎。每天下午3点到5点会放不同的音乐。游泳池非常小(不是真正的泳池)，但在泳池喝一杯或花一些时间在水疗中心很棒。房间很简单，但有你需要的东西。西贡是座繁忙的城市，在城市度过了炎热的一天之后，能回到这样一个宁静的地方真是太好了。我们在这家旅馆遇到的每一个人都很友好，请继续提供一流的服务。

非常惊人的酒店。小，精品风格的酒店，但是服务极好。所有的工作人员都不辞辛劳地提供帮助，整个酒店一尘不染。这是一次远离炎热和混乱的西贡的大撤退。别犹豫！

They really care about their guests. 在胡志明市竞争激烈，一家比一家美的住宿中，尽管Yen不是最新建好、设计最耀眼的旅馆，却始终在tripadvisor与网路论坛上名列前茅，本次入住从迎宾到房间硬体设备，以这个价位无可挑剔，够大、清洁、迎宾亲切，步行到重要景点都OK；早餐网路上有评论说选择太少，这次入住心得是绝对够多，热菜10-12道，现做的河粉、当地小吃、美式早餐，水果、饮料选择十几种，还有当地特色甜点非常好吃，入住四天每天早餐都感受到饭店用心有更换，下午茶则有现煎可丽饼和松饼点心10-15样，刚好遇到生日，饭店还准备了小蛋糕与贴心卡片，非常贴心。但真正让我感动的是，退房前在意见表上写了，淋浴热水温度过高的问题，饭店总经理在我们离开后几周内特别亲自写信表示他有看到这个意见，也有去处理了，这是真正在乎客人反馈的态度，推荐这家旅馆给所有到胡志明的旅客。

我找不到别的能比这有更好的位置的酒店了，这家酒店不仅干净而且“以越南的标准来评判还不错”——实际上酒店非常好。健身房/健身中心有点太小了，又没有空调，所以有点令人失望。但除此之外，这家酒店很棒，员工也很出色(即使我们对越南的大多数酒店都有很高的服务要求)。
