早班柜台女服务生，入住像在审查犯人一样，可能看我拿中文护照吧，竟然态度恶劣的把我当犯人审查，整本护照翻来翻去在找入境日期，态度很差，提供护照check in 不够竟然还要求第二证件，只好再拿暂居证给她看，接下来又要求填写健康申报表，写完继续刁难你得提供电子信箱，还要当场完成认证，这真是我在胡志明市住过多家酒店最夸张态度最差劲的女服务生了，那晚娘脸孔真是令人肚烂！来这里简直是花钱看她脸色找气受，对面就是工地空气糟糕，紧邻大马路人车吵杂，自以为重新翻修很新又卖的便宜就了不起，就算是免钱的看到她那晚娘脸我也不想住，真是很差劲!

入住前对这间酒店有一点期望，但碍于酒店新开不久，很多设施都仍在装修。
我们订了豪华房本要求要浴缸，但最终酒店回复是网站照片弄错了，只能给了企缸，后来第工天又再转换了浴缸的房间，感觉好像职员仍须加强对酒店的认识。
但整体来说酒店人员乐意为住客服务，早餐方面算不错，价钱亦不贵，住新酒店来说算很不错，只是泳池很细小，想游泳会较失望。
