酒店整修未告知,非常吵,枕头套不干净 是发臭没干的味道 打扫阿姨没有换一颗枕头给我 只换枕头套 但是味道依然停留在枕头上 。
5F会员行政楼每天早餐或任何时间进去,每去一次服务生都要再问一次房号,感受不佳,员工训练不够,一天进去五次就问五次,点餐常常会忘了,没做就没送来,服务生顾聊天,在料理台嘻嘻哈哈的,有口水非常不卫生,盘子没有主动收。真的非常不专业!素质非常差。真心不推荐。

行政酒廊服务人员素质很差!400多个住宿晚的万豪酒店住宿经验中,胡志明市喜来登行政酒廊的人员训练素质是全胡志明市万豪系列酒店中最差的一间!从前入住胡志明市万丽/艾美酒店行政楼人员训练都比喜来登好!感觉在这行政楼的服务人员应具备更加友善的态度,身为白金级会员没被感受到尊重!我们带客户到行政楼层谈生意,我们是可以申请使用会员权益使用行政楼会议室2小时的!但由于我们只要简短的会议30分钟,我就邀请客户坐在行政楼ㄧ般区域谈论公事,其间服务人员ㄧ再打扰并表示要我的客户付费,感受非常的差!我们并不是要来用餐,我们只是要来讨论生意!!这是第一次入住胡志明市的喜来登(6晚)我想这也是最后一次入住,经由这次的经验,我会建议我们公司团队所有人员商务出差全部住回万丽Renaissance riverside Hotel !!

入住前也没被告知会整修!噪音问题严重!进房才看见公告在房间桌上。

我在这里住了两天,房间很舒适。不知道是我房间没有配备一次性用品,还是这是喜来登的惯例。我的房间也没有梳妆台。除此之外,这家酒店的一切都很好。

2019年7月10日的点评

我的家人从7月7日开始就住在这里,今天离开的,我们住在1419和1420房间。这些房间刚装修过,又干净又大。服务非常好,Sài gòn 咖啡馆的Chiến、休息室的 Thư、贵宾服务经理Hằng,还有其它很多我记不住名字的服务人员都很好。我们旅行结束时还会来住的,我们全家期待着再次来住。
