I am so pity that your trip was not fulfilment during your stay at First Hotel. Sorry.
Actually, we have soft brush and hard brush in the hotel. If guest requires soft or hard one, then please contact our staff for assistance.
FYI, we have a project to renovate the hotel this year. I do hope the renovation process would go through smoothly so that we can have more chances to welcome guests back as much as possible.
