Dear Chun Pi,
Thank you for having dinner at Noir. Dining in the Dark and for writing a review.
It was a pleasure welcoming you to our restaurant.
I am glad you liked the dinner, the service and even the game before dinner.
I regret though to hear you see the price as a small drawbacks.
Of course it is still possible to talk and discuss with each other what the ingredients could be. Dining is and should be about having a good time with fun and laughter.
However we do ask our guests to be considerate with the other diners in the room, especially since the sense of hearing is becoming much sharper in the dark. There is is no need to raise the voice to compensate the lack of sight, however that does not mean that one has to be entirely quiet at all.
Oftentimes, we tend to overlook and take our senses for granted, but here at Noir. Dining in the Dark we learn how to appreciate them. As the menus are not disclosed beforehand and no one is able to see while dining at our restaurant, we want to ensure our diner feel comfortable and confident as they enjoy their dinner. So, our guides are trained to explain the table setting, how each course is laid out and where to begin.
Thank you for the endorsing words and we do look forward to welcoming you back,
Kind regards,
Germ
