thank you very much for taking the time out and write a review on your experience at our hotel. If you could specify the dates you stayed at our hotel, we can identify the bug problem and address it.
Nonetheless, other than this glitch, it is nice to know that you had a great stay. I hope you come back and enjoy our hotel on your upcoming trip to Dhaka.
