服务态度很好，刚到酒店门口会有帮忙指路拿行李，开门 ，酒店环境好，房间干净整洁，也很有当地特色，很温馨。有什么事情都会及时处理，前台小姐姐会说中文，交流很方便 。每个工作人员都很有礼貌，而且非常的热情，让人感觉很舒服，环境也很赞，最主要的是干净卫生。前台小姐姐服务非常好，主动，热情，亲和力强，房间布局，合理、干净，无异味、床品很舒服，淋浴出水也很快，早餐品种多，味道好。停车也非常的方便，入住办理也很快。

第一次来感觉服务很好很热情，其次卫生很干净，环境优美安静，有一种远离城市喧嚣的感觉，泳池每天都是专人打扫，还会为客人主动贴心的提供浴巾跟躺椅垫子，每次路过服务员都会热情的主动跟你问好，酒店就是主动服务的意识很强，只要你需要什么都会第一时间得到回复跟解决！很喜欢这种服务意识，下次来金边度假旅游，还是首选这家酒店！这家酒店还是禁烟的极大的保护了小孩跟老人的吸二手烟的问题！特别喜欢的是酒店装修的风格！满满的东南亚文化风情

超级无敌巨棒，走进行李有人拿，等待的同时有很清凉的饮料，是清凉解暑的酸角汁，有专门说中文的小姐姐跟我们无障碍沟通 ，very good 棒，办理好入住有专门的人员带我们回房间，期间又给我们仔细介绍酒店每个区域，进入房间也仔细讲解了酒店物品使用说明。最后有一个很干净的大泳池，环境很好，使用期间有免费的浴巾及座位，游累了可以随时休息，或者花点钱喝个饮料便宜实惠，童叟无欺，每天在泳池泡上半天，什么都可以没有，这个泳池必须超级好评，我爱大泳池。

位置优越，交通便利，位置很好繁华，出行方便。就在金边王宫的旁边，距离200米，步行两分钟。可以随时去。
门口有停车位非常方便，门口也有监控非常放心。一下车就会有工作人员帮忙提行李，一直送到酒店，很贴心。
大厅简洁，大气，布局合理，非常具有当地文化特色，有人用特色乐器演奏轻音乐，很好听。
前台有免费的水和茶，不错，还收到了酸角汁作为welcome drink。服务人员漂亮大方，服务热情，主动，效率高，周到，专业很不错。还有会中文的小姐姐。
房问采光好，免费升级了有阳台的房间，明亮，安静，舒适，卫生很干净，床垫舒服，枕头也很舒服。
卫生间淋浴用品出水快，水温洗澡舒服。
酒店的网速快，办公方便。房间整洁，干净卫生，每天都有服务人员打扫，很贴心。
客房人员亲切，服务好，动作麻利，周到。非常好，强力推荐！

这家酒店的环境真是太棒了，绿树成荫，风格是高棉风格，很有特色，也让人感觉非常舒适。餐饮方面，酒店提供的早餐各种种类非常丰富，味道也很可口。地理位置优越，交通便利，去大皇宫、博物馆、金边夜市都很方便，周边配套设施齐全，购物、娱乐一应俱全。最让人惊喜的是，尽管身处繁华地段，但酒店内部却十分宁静，真正做到了闹中取静，为客人提供了一个良好的休息环境。总之，这次住宿体验让我非常满意，下次出行还会选择这家酒店。
