酒店整体来说还是不错的,而且房间够大,厨房也相对来说宽敞,对于商务人士来说还是非常适合的,而且酒店不远处即是皇宫、博物馆等旅游景点,周末的时候去逛逛博物馆、在室外泳池游个泳,还是不错的选择。这里离河边也是非常近,晚上在河边漫步,也是非常惬意的生活;除此之外,河边还有许多欧式、日式小酒吧适合漫步结束后喝两杯;
酒店本身也是有餐厅,而且在他们的另一家resort店的餐点,也是非常适合与三五好友一起享用,游完泳吃个饭,也是一大快事

我和我家人受疫情影响在这家酒店住了几个月。酒店的位置在金边算是比较不错的地区。去皇宫或河边就需要走路几分钟的路程。去永旺超市打个嘟嘟就3-4分钟。房间收拾的很干净,最重要是保洁大姐们很细心的打扫。酒店有提供早餐。虽然是简餐,早餐该有的都会包括在内。酒店也有个室内游泳池和较小型的健身房。客服很友善很亲切,尤其是总经理Devid热情招待。前台人员会简单的中文。
感谢酒店全体工作人员提供一个优良的服务。

非常不错的法式风格酒店,疫情之前出差也住过几次,服务很周到,还有漂亮的前台小姐姐,早餐特别丰富,中西早餐都有,自助式。房间布局也很好,阳台台看到湄公河,独立纪念碑还有东南亚风格寺庙。隔壁还有很好吃的火锅店,而且去naga world,独立碑,皇宫,去湄公河都非常的方便,一走出去到诺罗敦的大道,去中央市场也是很近。现在因为是疫情期间,他们的消毒也做的非常好,你到大门有保安帮忙提行李,还有测量体温和消毒,去到前台会有服务人员递上冰凉的果汁饮料。

此次入住家庭式双房含厨房的公寓,餐厅的餐具杯子都只提供双人份。没有煮水器跟抹布,需求之后才送来。早餐丰富多样,但有一名服务人员视乎是因为农历新年较为忙碌口气没有礼貌。在我的一位家人要求点两颗蛋时,她居然回复一个人只能点一颗而且是用不耐烦的态度让人极为不舒服,当时餐厅内也只有两组客人当时并未开始忙碌。其实我门可以接受吃一颗蛋,因为其他食物也很好吃~ 只是她的回答让我觉得很不舒服<<< 从不曾见识过 一个buffet 的早餐居然限制客人吃蛋的数量。 我想这位服务人员也太没有热诚,希望她能改进。这是个人的小缺陷,徒留一点遗憾。其他服务人员都亲切有礼。

I am glad that you like the room and the property.
I sincerely ask forgiveness for the water heater issue in your room. As we explained you, you need to wait few minutes to get hot water in shower after inserting your key card in card reader, which opens Electricity inside your bedroom too.
I am honored that you appreciated the food served in our breakfast buffet, I am sorry as we were short in stock during these Lunar celebration...and very busy every morning. That's why you felt her impolite but she is not. I double check with her, she was just stressfull. I am so sorry for this inconvenience. She also apologize to you.
I deeply hope to welcome you again at Chateau The Meliya and give you a better impression next time.
