I sincerely ask forgiveness for the water heater issue in your room. As we explained you, you need to wait few minutes to get hot water in shower after inserting your key card in card reader, which opens Electricity inside your bedroom too.
I am honored that you appreciated the food served in our breakfast buffet, I am sorry as we were short in stock during these Lunar celebration...and very busy every morning. That's why you felt her impolite but she is not. I double check with her, she was just stressfull. I am so sorry for this inconvenience. She also apologize to you.
I deeply hope to welcome you again at Chateau The Meliya and give you a better impression next time.
