我觉得酒店的照片看起来夸张了，我不知道这个地方算不算4星级，我们在金边就住了这一个酒店，所以无法比较。酒店的优点是员工很友善，每天的早餐、屋顶的泳池和风景很棒。缺点是房间，房间很糟糕，我们到的时候发现毛巾是脏的，床单上有污渍。第二天毛巾闻起来像是发了霉，我们没有投诉，因为这不算特别大的事情，但我们觉得很失望。除此之外没有其他缺点。

我们在这个精品度假村度过了2个晚上。我们选择这个地方，是因为我们在网上看到的评价还可以，而且价格合理，还有免费早餐。我们不后悔住在这里。工作人员热情友好。房间又大又干净。此外，早餐也很美味。他们还有一个屋顶游泳池，在炎热的天气下可以给你降降温。我们喜欢这家酒店的一切，但是有一个问题，由于房间很大，使得空调不够冷，这也是我给4星评论的原因。如果你喜欢房间里能够凉一快点的话，你可以询问前台。我想他们知道哪个房间是最好的。总的来说，这个精品度假村是个不错的住宿地。推荐！

我们抵达之后去找预定的酒店，天空酒吧根本不像图片中的样子。我们到了之后，点了一杯饮料，价格太贵了，只有一口的分量，我们没法住在这里而又不吃这里的食物。前台接待员非常好，只收了我们一晚的房费，虽然我们只待了一个小时。对这个地方极其失望，它一点都不像图片中的样子。

Thank you so much for sharing with us your experiences here on TripAdvisor. We do apologize for your stay with us was not met your expectation. As you seen, our swimming pool & sky Bar on top floor have to renovate to make more nicer will finish the end of September this month. But our guest able enjoyed with swimming pool as normal from 10.30am to 10.00pm every day.
We write to seeking understand from all of our guests who stay with us. Once again! Our receptionist staffs was well trained in hospitality services,
Other thing,Please inform you that our policy if our room available we will allow guests to check out late until 2:00pm without charge.This policy we already applied to a thousands guests from Diamond Palace Resort. That why no reason we have to full charge just 1 hour late if your request to us. All problems might be fix it if you willing to fix.
