我们作为老年旅行团一员在2016年8月23号在这家酒店住了一晚。酒店古老，并努力想做一些修缮工作。房间宽敞，但设施很少。房间里有个人锁柜和电水壶可以使用。没有可供工作和放置台灯的写字台。房间布局有点尴尬，厕所就在房间后部，休息区域就在厕所的前面。家具很陈旧。早餐倒是很棒。工作人员热情友好，能够提供帮助。有礼貌的工作人员完全填补了酒店的不足之处。更多

在我们的旅途中，在这里住了2个晚上。 房间一般，不过，干净，舒服。跟之前入住过的人点评里说的不同，我们没有听到噪音。我们住在教堂的一边（教堂非常有趣，值得一去）餐厅里的食物挺好，这里位于主街上，隔壁就是超市，沿着这个街，就能找到商店。走路就可以到海边。

我们行程最后一晚是定了住在这里。酒店很简陋，而且我很不走运住到了一间有地毯的房间。这间房间简直太糟了，要么应该全部翻新重造，要么应该彻彻底底地清理一番。我一走进房间就觉得浑身发痒，很脏，一秒钟都不想多待。住在这里整晚都在咳嗽。其他住地毯间的朋友们也和我一样。有幸住到木地板间的朋友们好像就住得舒服的多。泳池很漂亮，十分干净，可惜所有的躺椅都又破又脏，而且要到处喊人才能找来毛巾。工作人员很友好，顶楼的餐厅食物也很好吃，就是服务有点慢了。 不过在这个国家待了两个礼拜我也差不多习惯了，学会要比平时更早一些去吃晚餐。

Thank you and well noted your positive and negative comments. We agree that the carpet looks dusty but it is the color of it and anyhow we have taken action to arrest the situation immediately.
We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused to you during your stay and glad to hear that you had tasted our delicious food and of course we accept there are little issues with regard to slow on service due to lack of experienced staff in the industry.

聚会前四天预定了四晚上的三个房间。第一个问题是接待，到我们已经预订了三个房间。他们认为我们应该只需要两个。最后我的妻子和我在教堂旁边的酒店定了房间。早上六点钟响起，夜晚不停的驾驶声音。他们应该有更好的隔音，所有人都提到这一点。房间很大，但浴室看起来更好。中餐厅供应早餐和晚餐。部分菜的量大而质量好。有很好的选择范围。还有友好的工作人员。总体是个普通体验。

Many thanks for your positive and negative comments. We shall look in to the negative ones more seriously other than Noise pollution. While going through the records it was revealed that this booking was made through Expedia for three rooms. However, regret very much apologies for the inconvenience caused at the time of arrival. We have planned to install better sound proofing system in rooms in our next refurbishment.

对于任何一个需要转机去机场的人来说，这家酒店的位置都很好。食物很好，房间符合商务住宿的要求。但是，如果你是一个四口之家，你需要向酒店的工作人员询问预订情况。

很普通的一家酒店，房间就是最基础的那种。酒店旁边有一件教堂，早上六点钟就开始工作了，非常的吵闹，如果你房间不幸就在面向教堂的那一侧的话那你早上基本上睡不着的。餐厅供应中餐，环境不是太好。早餐一般般，餐具都退色了。

Many thanks for your review and as the management of Sapphire we wish to enlighten other viewers about our stand with regard to your review.
We accept that our hotel is a basic star class hotel and also accept that the church adjoining our hotel has a service in the morning due to Lent period and this will be there for another two weeks until Easter Sunday. This is beyond our control and we must respect all religions. However, we give below the facilities we offer to our customers as a three star hotel.
• In Rooms – AC, Hot & Cold Water, Piped music, 32”LED TV with over 50 channels (Local & International), Mini bar, Safe locker, Hair Drier.
• Golden Palace Restaurant – which serves Local , Indian, Chinese & International Cuisine
• Swimming Pool & Terrace, Mini Gymnasium, Public bar, Residents’ bar
Also for the benefit of the public we wish to publish a sample Breakfast menu what we offer to our Customers.
o Egg of your choice – Boiled, scrambled, Bulls eye or pan fried
o Omelet of your choice - Masala, Cheese, spicy or Sri Lankan etc.
o Sausages - Chicken
o Bacon (Chicken or Pork)
o Dhal, Wada, Idli, Uppuma or Dosa,
o Chicken & Fish curry / Masala/ Tandoor or Chinese style
o 2 kinds of Fresh Fruit juices
o 5 kinds of Tropical Seasonal Fruits
o Assorted bread basket (Garlic, Brown, White, French toast,)
o Muffins, Dough nuts, Pan Cakes
o Corn flakes
o Kanji (Asian herbal porridge)
o Tea/coffee
