我在酒店度过了8天假期中的第一晚，但它超出了我的预期。自从我们进入酒店，服务一直很好，服务员很好地为我们介绍了房间和附近的餐馆。我们在房间里感到有点冷(不是房间的问题)，接待员给了我们一个备用的加热器，并且让我们觉得没有给他们带来不便。酒店地理位置非常好，因为它离伊斯迪卡尔路不到5分钟的路程。我以前在大连锁五星级酒店待过，但是这里的服务更人性化，我们还能在这里待7天。

这是一家外表和里面都很漂亮的酒店，房间很漂亮，但是没有任何客房服务。我们打了两次电话要新毛巾，酒店员工说马上送来，但是我们甚至等了一个小时也没送来。在夏天，走了几个小时后，我们需要新毛巾，但酒店没有提供夜床服务，所以即使到了晚上，湿毛巾仍然放在那里。屋顶早餐按理应该是最好的，但实际并不是很好，这就像一个自助餐厅，食物没有味道，吃起来很匆忙。酒店需要优先考虑客人，而不是想要拍摄风景照片的游客。我曾吃过很多更好的屋顶早餐餐厅。我不会再住在这里了。Pera Palace与这家酒店类似，但是那里有更好的服务和历史。

这个酒店离著名的商业街Istikal大街只有几步路。只需步行几米就可以到达酒吧、餐厅和夜店的区域。酒店很宽敞，有好几个餐厅。自助早餐在屋顶上，但是不好吃。不过其他餐厅还可以。总的来说是一个很棒的入住体验。

在伊斯坦布尔旅行的时候我们在这家酒店住了一周。之前做了很多调查，确保我们入住的酒店位置很好，而且距离各处景点都很近，比如：大巴扎、艾米诺努、伊斯塔克拉大街、塔克西姆广场、宫殿、蓝色清真寺。也有很多不错的购物中心，距离机场不远。这里位置很不错，工作人员是我见过的最好的。都很友好、乐于助人。门房等人都很乐于助人，给了我们很多建议，而且很热情。推荐这家酒店给所有来伊斯坦布尔旅行的人。
