员工不友好,入住手续花了一个半小时。房间里有霉菌,而且气味难闻。电梯不能正常工作,上下要花10分钟。酒店自己的停车场还会收取你停车费。我希望每晚750谢克尔的价格,至少房间是干净的。

我们到达时,有脏水被从大厅中扫出并沿着车道流淌。无法判断是不是发生了火灾或什么事情!有一条像消防水带一样的大软管。明显看得到很多地方在施工。当我们询问时,酒店向我们保证房间已经装修过了。找了几个工作人员交涉,同意将我们升级到更好的房间。太可怕了!房间很脏、 地板似乎很长时间没有用吸尘器打扫过、窗帘上有洞等等问题。房间非常小。床很好,床单看起来很干净。我们缩短了在这的住宿时间,提前退房了。非常令人不愉快。

很难去评判一家正在翻新的酒店。整个大堂区域正在重建改造中。我希望他们能把房间也翻新一下。书桌的椅子坏了,我不得不利用枕头才能舒服地够到桌子。房间又旧又破,还有点脏。一个优势是有很多插座。21楼的休息室很漂亮,但是选择有限,我今晚在那里的时候也没有给我续杯。至少在装修完成之前,我会去其他的酒店住。

Yes, even if we are in the midst of upgrading our hotel, we take the extra step to make sure your experience will not be compromised.
