我要尤其感谢这边的管理层尤其是Manal，Joy 和Grace。这家酒店提供的食物也很不错，味道特别好，员工也井然有序的。这家酒店地理位置也很不错，酒店的服务速度特别的快，你在这边找停车场也很方便呢。

酒店位于安曼美丽地区的起点，就在市中心，地理位置优越。它有点旧，可能从80年代后期就没有翻新过，你可以根据房间的情况来判断出来。早餐很好，很全面，有一个提供煎蛋卷的地方。不要吃客房服务提供的鸡肉三明治，因为里面没有鸡肉，简直是垃圾。wifi也很糟糕，但我现在在贝鲁特，情况也一样，所以可能中东的情况都这样。工作人员总是很乐于助人，服务很好。酒店唯一的坏处就是像我说的，需要翻新。还要避开有临街窗户的房间，那会使你无法入睡。

At Ayass Hotel, we strive to surpass the expectations of our guests by delivering the best quality of service we believe our guests deserve. Concerning the mentioned notes you have mentioned starting with the renovation Ayass Hotel started operating in 2011, renovation is taking place since last year, we have renovated already our main restaurant and all the meeting rooms and we are in process of renovating the rooms.
We do sincerely apologize for the fact that we did not meet your expectations for your food order, Please know that if it has been brought to our attention during your stay, we would have made our best to resolve the issue.
We hope this incident has not affected your stay negatively by any means and we look forward to having you again in the near future at our hotel, with a promise to pay extra care in order to make your stay as pleasant and as comfortable as possible.

四楼的房间又干净又漂亮，接待不是很棒，但我喜欢免费的20分钟按摩。屋顶早餐非常美味，停车位很宽敞，健身房有游泳池，在不同的时间向男女开放。

这家酒店真是太棒了，从大厅到食物和令人惊叹的工作人员都非常棒。他们提供的支持和帮助是令人难以置信的，阿马尔和马纳尔从我们刚到这里就一直在帮我们做安排。哈立德和奈达尔也非常出色地帮助我们确保事情按照计划进行。我们的婚礼策划人(寇沙)真是一大亮点。这个家伙才华横溢，在安曼没有人能比得上他，他绝对是第一。而且酒店老板(麦女士)来祝贺我们，我们感到受宠若惊，她还询问我们对服务的满意程度。房间干净,食物也是完美的。

奥马尔他是酒店里最好的人之一。很棒的地方，非常好的服务。房间很宽敞。我在这里呆了几天，我发现这里的工作人员很合群。食物很好，游泳池和健身房是很必要的。

房间空间很大气，从门卫到服务员服务都很热情，电梯有点小，哈哈，马上去死海了，天气晴朗，心情好好。。。
