这个酒店是jabel Omar公寓的一部分。这里有去哈拉姆圣地的24小时区间车服务(到哈拉姆圣地只需2分钟)。一位面带微笑的Ahmed先生为我办理的了入住手续。他发现了我的会员状态变更了,并提醒我升级到了这里最好的商务套房。房间很大,而且能看到很好的哈拉姆的景色。我无法想象比这里更好的了。早餐很好,但是种类可以更丰富一些。客房打扫服务和客服中心都毫不吝啬的让我们的住宿尽可能的舒适。我无法想象任何比这里更好的了。非常感谢Marriott makkah的团队让我有这个难忘的住宿。我一定会再来的。

作为金牌会员,我的房间升级为有一个卧室的套房,还被免费赠送了封斋饭和开斋小点。开斋小点的搭配十分棒,都不知道从哪里开始享用。一切都很美味(实际上不能用语言来描述),相比之下,封斋饭就略显逊色。有时候班车司机会迟到所以班车服务并不是很好。等了15分钟,然而并没有班车到达。结束旅行回到酒店后的清洁还需要进一步改进。在这里特别感谢Alaa Al Sherkawy,他让每一个顾客都感受到了特别用心的对待。

该酒店与其他豪华酒店一起,坐落在奥马尔小山。从该酒店到达陆塔赫洲际酒店后门,之间有频繁的往返接送服务。房间设备齐全。我们住的房间面朝哈拉姆圣地,给人一种灵魂的感觉。因为之前没有时间,所以这个评论写晚了。

我们在万豪酒店住了2个晚上,房间舒适干净,客房服务快捷。交通总是不错的(靠近圣地附近有更好的旅馆选择)。早餐是自助餐,很普通。我们通过客房服务订购了印度食品,食物的质量低于它的价格。我会考虑住在另一个更靠近圣地的酒店,比如希尔顿套房或凯悦酒店。

我就给两星吧而且是因为前台接待的友好的工作人员给的,他们很友善但是房间质量实在太差了而且不干净:(我的房间好像是Alharam景观的一部分,但是在我的房间我仅能模糊看见两个Haram的灯塔,也许是因为窗户玻璃没擦干净的原因..而且浴室门把手也是坏的,房间屋顶和溅水的铁水管也是坏的。
