Bobwang的服务态度非常好，很有亲和力！为Bobwang的工作态度点赞。遇到我们的时候，他会主动询问我们的入住体验感，并让我们提出有哪些需要调整的建议，对客人的住房感受很关注。平时有什么需求联系到Bobwang他会很耐心的帮忙解决问题。作为一名中国人，对于语言不是很好的客人来说，有Bobwang这样的工作人员，对我们来说真的是太方便了，如果下次再来阿布扎比旅游或者商务，我一定还会选择贵酒店！谢谢！

我带孩子们入住这个酒店四天，房间卫生清洁的很干净，早餐餐厅的服务超赞，每个员工都很热情，还能轻而易举的记住孩子的名字，酒店大堂前台一个叫Bob Wang 的能说中文的工作人员服务特别好，免费帮我们升级了房间，还给我们很多offer和酒店SPA的代金券，特别值得一提的是，退房后由于我们需要找一辆商务车到另外一个酒店，Bob帮我定了网约车，真帮了大忙！给在海外工作的华人点赞👍！让我深感华人帮华人👏！希望以后还会再住这里
