We cannot accept your feedback as you never stayed at the hotel and never prepaid any booking.
Moreover, kindly be informed that we are still waiting for your payment for the group stay in July.
Despite several reminders and messages we are still waiting for your answer and this is highly unpleasant and injurious for our property.
Indeed, one of our in-house guest did stuck his finger in one lounger but a doctor from the group looked after him right away and again nothing was reported to the staff in due time.
Again we cannot accept to be offended this way for wrong facts. We count on your honesty and kindly ask you to remove you comment please.
