Chatrium酒店座落于仰光市中心，服务质量堪称一流，人员素质也颇高，环境优雅，绿意盎然。每日三餐的质量，色香味俱全。最值得一提的是送餐用的一次性餐盒竟是降解的，足见酒店方对环保的重视。
本人因为工作关系，经常出入这里，算是老顾客了。酒店工作人员都是熟面孔，上至酒店董事Tina，大堂经理Leo、KoKoKyi和Saimon，下至前台服务员以及门卫，都能亲切的喊出本人姓名。她/他们的待客态度，更像是为自己的亲友家人服务，给人宾至如归的感觉。

在这家酒店住了两天，我们被酒店超赞的服务所感动。前台员工“Hmu”十分有礼貌，也很热心，为我们提供了转接休息室。酒店搬运工“Lwin”工作做得十分出色！他为我们详细地讲解了酒店各种设施，让我们对酒店熟悉起来。在经历了一天疲乏的旅行，我们的管家“Min Myat Zaw”贴心且人性化地为我们在房间里泡好热茶，并附上手写便条。最值得一提的是礼宾部主管“利奥”，他是整家酒店的支柱。他热心真诚的服务，是我和我家人会再次选择这家酒店的最主要原因。谢谢酒店为我们做出的所有！
