位置非常好的酒店,前台服务也很热情,交通方便。
工作的关系经常往返北京-首尔,每次去首尔都会住福朋喜来登这个酒店,楼下就有便利店,出门很快就能叫到出租车,做地铁的话,地下通道直接可以到首尔站,交通非常的便利。
这是个国际四星级酒店,不管是装修、床上用品、室内布置、卫浴用品等等,都很不错,酒店的洗衣服务也很方便。
由于是经常预定,入住时候酒店还特意给准备了果盘,各项服务非常的细心周到,每个工作人员都很热情,非常感谢大家。

装修新而且房间大。房间设计结合了现代和经典风格,十分舒适,亦有免治马桶。酒店附近就有机场巴士同地铁站,地理位置很好。

位于首尔KTX站,我们乘坐机场铁路AREX直达,由首尔捷运站12号出口可以到酒店地下,酒店接待处在19楼。房间比我想像中小,有窗可开。

酒店位于市中心,从首尔站12号出口即可轻松进入酒店,南大门市场步行即可到达,明洞离酒店约2.5公里。设施很好,前台的工作人员也很友好,有各种各样的饭菜。

遇着人生第一次住酒店大停电,酒店在八月十二日晚上大约八时停电至翌日凌晨两时,历时差不多六小时。期间房间没有冷气,没有灯和热水。
停电期间酒店资讯发放混乱,很多旅客聚在大堂询问,恢复电力的时间又一再延迟,期间只安排旅客在酒店大堂等候,但大堂亦没有冷气,只以紧急电源安排几把风扇,在炎热的夏天时感觉非常辛苦。
大约凌晨一时第一次恢复电力后半小时后又再停电,要到凌晨两时才完全恢复电力。恢复电力之后又要等超过半小时才有热水供应,到可以上床睡觉已经是凌晨三时了。
虽然酒店之后有表示歉意,亦有作出一些补偿,但这次已是本人在入住万豪系列酒店中最差和最难受的经历。
本人相信酒店应该准备一套完善的紧急应变措施,在讯息发放方面亦应该可以做得更好。

It has been brought to my attention that your experience at our property was not up to par.
As the Director of Rooms, I would like to sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you endured during your stay.
We are saddened to hear that you were very disappointed with that you had a hard time as there was no power & hot water for 5 hours in your room.
I was also there at that time, I could see how you felt becasue of the incident.
To prevent those kind of incidents, we all have been communicating to set up the prevention plan based on your valuable feedback & comments.
