前台服务态度差，针对中国游客，印象非常差，给与差评，酒店设施‘位置不错。’

前去购物，酒店设施不错，购物位置极佳，早餐一般
前台针对中国人，态度非常恶略。冷、硬、’顶、推
就说听不懂汉语，酒店都是中国客人，前台安排不会汉语的，呵呵了

美好的时光

这是我第二次入住，特别感谢吉娜女士对我的帮助，我在皇冠花园酒店住了6个晚上，她为我提供了超乎我期望的服务：帮我在我的KakaoMap上添加了出行指南，给我叫出租车，接了我的总经理和我一起旅行，她还希望在会见她的时候带她去泰国，我发现吉娜会说汉语，日语，英语，她能为各种各样的客人提供服务。

因此前的评论产生了高预期，但其实恰恰相反。

房间很小。布局很差。相比之下，浴室占据了太多空间。存放空间不足（抽屉等）。电源插座不足（仅有3个）。层压板边缘有脱落痕迹。优点：优越的地理位置。浴室布局似乎绰绰有余，与整个房间相比占地太大。友善且乐于助人的前台夜间服务人员（只有一位女员工）。物非所值。还没去餐厅尝试过。

First of all, thank you for your feedback regarding Crown Park Hotel MyeongDong Seoul.

I am glad you liked the location of our hotel. It sounds like the Crown Park Hotel was in a good location for your Seoul visit! Also, our teams always strive to be helpful, friendly and they always try best to provide great customer service.

However, I am sorry for being rather unsatisfactory at our hotel. As you say, guests come to our hotel and often say that the room is smaller than they think. On the other hand, we has the largest suite room. There is also a discount promotion at the moment, if you have a chance to visit us next time, we sincerely recommend you to try our luxurious suite.

We take all your comments very serious and I will have a chat to the team regarding your feedback and also pass onto relevant department to figure out how we can make it right.

We hope you can give us a second chance to show you the improvements we've made.

非常划算滴

虽然房间比较小，但是对于一个人来说绰绰有余了。这是我第三次来这里，因为这个位置非常方便，是在明洞和乐天旁边。我发现和出租车司机交流位置非常困难，除非是在明洞旁边，哈哈。为了不让他们带我去兜风，我是很喜欢待在这里的。我得到了三个面膜，可以分3天用，我猜他可以消除我的皱纹，哈哈。还有值得一提的是这里是不提供一次性牙刷的，对于我来说还是挺好的，因为我经常去旅游，所以会经常带很多一次性牙刷。

I am thrilled that hearing you enjoyed with us and i would like to appreciate for 3rd visiting.
we were glad that location of our advantage is able to offer convenience to you. as you've experienced, we don't provide Toothbrush&paste because of environmental issue.
this is a small act but we hope that it expect contamination to be kept to an absolute minimum thank you for joining together this act.

位于明洞中心的完美位置，没有忙碌的人群，但是可以方便地前往包括街边餐馆在内的所有地方。房间条件不错，各项设施充足。无线WiFi需要改进——因为太慢，我们放弃了连接WiFi。
