酒店很干净但是很繁忙,房间很大但有些老式,我下周有旅程要去同一家酒店,所以希望他们能提供更好的房间。员工非常友好,特别是保洁人员。

这家酒店地理位置很好,离机场很近。酒店的会议室和早餐也很好。酒店提供每1小时一班到机场的摆渡车,这对在这里住宿两晚很有帮助。晚上在酒店大厅里听钢琴很棒。

酒店提供的服务根本就不值得这个价钱。酒店的服务,清洁程度,家具品质都很差,考虑到价格,这家酒店性价比很低,不推荐。服务很差。很少有空房,而且一点也不舒服。房间里没有冰箱,甚至连水也没有提供。

Thank you very much for your comments in regards to your recent stay with us.
The service provided to our guests is our main concern and it would certainly appear that there was a shortfall in the high standards that we endeavor to maintain at our Hotel and at all Radisson Hotels.
Please be informed that I personally have spoken to the concerned Department Heads and clearly expressed my thoughts in regards to your constructive comments and have taken actions in several areas that you have pointed out.
Regarding the inappropriate services provided by some of our colleagues, please be sure that such defects will disappear in a very short time as the hotel already started an intensive training program for all colleagues on the hospitality standards and how to satisfy our valued guests and handle their requirements.
Regarding the maintenance issues you found in the room; the empty refrigerator, the furniture quality, I assure to you that you will notice the difference on your next visit as the hotel has started already a comprehensive renovation plan for all rooms to enhance the room level and to cover such maintenance issues as well.
As for the missing water from your room, we are really very sorry for such mistake assuring to you that an action to be taken towards who caused such dereliction to make sure that it will not be repeated again.
Please be be sure that our brand main goal is YOUR 100% satisfaction guarantee and we are genuinely care that our dearest guests enjoy our excellent services extended to all of them which certainly reflect our product’s efficiency.
Once again our apologies and we look forward to providing a far better experience for you during your next visit.

这家酒店以5星级酒店的价格为你提供2星级酒店的服务。我在这里度过了一段非常糟糕的时光。酒店的工作人员懒散,设施陈旧不注重翻新,狗在窗户后面打架,还有的工作人员不会说英语。
