非常好，前台热情地迎接了我们，并帮我们安排好一切。房间很大，是维多利亚风格，游泳池很棒，午餐非常美味，餐厅也很豪华，总体服务非常出色。 地理位置无与伦比，花园很棒。唯一不好的是，酒店安排的旅行不是很好（所以不是酒店本身的错），导游乏善可陈，只在最后有讲解提示，然后就带我们去他的朋友那购物。我们自己在网上找的旅游项目，导游服务明显更好。 强烈建议酒店换一家旅游公司合作。

在为期两天的卢克索考古之旅中，我们只在靠近尼罗河的冬宫酒店住了一晚，对它的位置、建筑及其深厚的底蕴惊叹不已。宽敞的走廊和巨大的天花板，以及与酒店历史完美契合的家具。楼上的房间大小适中，可以看到花园的美景，经过一天漫长而炎热的观光之后，我们睡得很好。酒店餐厅的晚餐对埃及人来说很贵，但这是意料之中的。因其古老世界的魅力而被推荐。

这家卢克索索菲特冬宫酒店是真正的富有历史感的超棒的一家酒店。这里曾是一座皇宫，至今维持着当时的样貌。这里的皇家酒店超棒，就像是天堂一样。我很喜欢他们保留旧名称的传统，一直到现在，并没有过分现代化。花园非常的幽静，让你感觉远离了城市。工作人员非常友好，热情好客。他们的餐厅真的很棒，必须试试，我个人很喜欢这里的东方甜点。

有幸住在冬宫。这个名字实在不合适，因为卢克索根本就没有冬天。美丽的阳光和这位高贵的老妇人把我带到了维多利亚女王时代的宫殿。酒店离尼罗河和帝王谷只有一步之遥，非常棒。游泳池区和花园是惊人的，非常放松，服务惊人，美食体验极好。试试埃及葡萄酒，白葡萄酒和红葡萄酒都很好。这是一家真正与众不同的酒店。

我们非常喜欢马洛玛！我们去过那里6次，每次都觉得那里更吸引人。我们要感谢大卫、艾伦和安德烈，他们是我们在帕皮托斯的服务员。他们的工作真的很出色！坎迪多打扫房间做得很好。我们还要感谢舞蹈老师克里斯蒂娜帮助我学习萨尔萨舞曲和其他舞曲。亚历克斯和奥马尔是出色的娱乐主持人。还要特别感谢我们两位出色的生活管理员维克托和奥斯卡,他们对我们的照顾真的是无微不致。

We surely appreciated that you took a few moments to leave us a feedback about your stay, we are delighted to know that our colleagues succeeded to come up to your expectations , and that you have liked the hotel location , food and the gardens , We already took your comments regarding the shower water pressure and the room A/C in view of doing the necessary changes. thank you again fro sharing your experience hope that on your future visits to Luxor, The Sofitel Winter Palace will be your destination again as we look forward to welcoming you back.
