Thank you for making Jacaranda Nairobi Hotel your preferred hotel in Nairobi during your previous visit to the city.
First and foremost I would like to apologize for the noise disturbance that you had to endure during your stay with us. It is of great concern to us that you did not get to enjoy good quality sleep. We are working towards a solution that will ensure that you or any other of our guests will go through the same. We are, however, grateful for your review of our hotel highlighting our staff, the bar, breakfast and our complimentary Wi-Fi as our major strengths.
It is our hope that we will welcome you back to Jacaranda Nairobi Hotel in the near future that you may enjoy what we have to offer without the noise disturbance.

总经理玛格丽特热烈欢迎了我，这是我此次到访的完满开始。这里的员工很棒，这里的装修精美、地理位置优越。这里的房间很宽敞，虽然没有空调，但头顶上有一台大风扇。这里的免费WiFi很好用。负责早餐的员工每天都像朋友一样欢迎我。丹尼尔非常棒，也很专注。我甚至还和这里的老板喝了一杯。我强烈推荐这里，我等不及要回来了。谢谢大家。

酒店本身很不错，员工非常友好，房间尺寸很大，很可爱，又漂亮又干净。早餐有各种各样的食物，所有的菜都做得很好（还有煎蛋/薄煎饼，很棒！）我唯一的抱怨是房间根本不隔音。我的房间就在停车场外面，每天早上打扫都被吵醒，醒来就睡不着了，因为每天晚上我都在露台参加聚会（3）。幸运的是，我有耳塞，但我的同事不得不要求换房间，因为她实在难以入睡。酒店的其他区域很好，很安静，非常好，但这一点不太好。

We apologize for your experience with noise from the nightclub next door - we are currently working on improvements to the room facilities and other areas we have identified and this is one of the solutions we are putting in place. We are however glad to hear you enjoyed your dining experience!

没有电梯。没有空调。不舒服。房间里又吵又破。我们预订并支付了(Neckermann)全食宿的钱，但他们说没有，说我们只是付了住宿和早餐的钱。我们给他们看了凭证,我们额外支付了114欧元的全食宿的钱。他们说不是的，我们需要付饭钱。谢谢你们。顺便说一下，我的汉堡是我吃过的最糟糕的食物。又贵又不好吃，不是最佳组合。有一个优点:花园看起来真的很漂亮。
