优胜之处为 酒店位置。距离炮台山地铁站 5分钟步程，亦可选择途经炮台山的巴士路线/电车。同时，酒店底层为银行及连锁咖啡店，附近亦有超市及本地食店，相对消费较低。
需注意的地方
一）标准房间面积较为细小，摆放行李的空间欠奉。适合轻便出行。
二）房间浴室较为狭窄。相对接近小班商旅酒店的风格。
三）酒店正门位于斜坡上。晚上前往/不熟悉东区的旅客，可先了解位置。

饭店非常新簇，位置也算是不错，附近有巴士站和很多食肆，地铁站也在附近。入口处可能是为了迁就咖啡店，分拆成大堂和电梯入口两部分，需要自刷卡才可以进到电梯大堂。帮忙Check in的员工有点小紧张，但不太影响。而帮忙check out的员工很迅速，只是等候查房的时间略久了一点。
房间是corner room，加上不是高层，面对大街和民居，只能说是开扬；而空间不算太大，但足够使用。床铺稍硬了一点，但还是相当不错。唯独除了沐浴乳外，其他备品只能说一般，牙膏甚至连牌子也不知道。

这间酒店位于北角地铁站过炮台山地铁站中间，那一个站出口都要步行5-8分钟左右,但是设备新，很有设计感，比一般酒店有家的感觉，加上这个价钱值得考虑
