订了Club Room可享用M Club,晚上简餐、甜品加畅饮,早餐丰富,这方面真的非常满意。
泳池很适合小朋友嬉水,有滑梯、喷水游戏。反而playroom过于简单,不太吸引。
房间小但还可以,但败笔是窗外的铁杆装饰,半夜下起雨,雨点打到杆上好像一直有人在窗外打鼓,很吵。

去到酒店一刻,想第一时间做check in但系去到酒店大堂见唔同嘅队排紧,都唔知排边度,因为亦都冇职员帮手,咁我望两望就睇到一条比较长嘅对就应该check in咁就排咗啦 。咁可能我比较早到关系,排到去佢畀咗我一个牌我,差唔多够钟时再嚟排过,不过到时再排另一条队可以特快,但当时间到时,我排特快条队,时其实我见到都比较混乱,有啲人直接排条特快队,而佢哋只系初次check in,咁我见个职员又唔好意思叫佢由头排过,咁其实我觉得对我又吾公平,应该有职员喺大堂度指导住客才是。
幸好其他都ok,,泳池,房间各样设施都达到水准要求,而最后嘅自助晚餐就令人另眼相看。

Sep 2019 曾入住 Ocean Park Marriott 酒店、当日接待处职员服务好、态度好、有礼貌、free upgrade 房间给我、看见礁湖泳池风景、使我能轻轻松松休息了一整晚

Oct 2019 又入住一晚、但今次感觉有少少不愉快、接待处职员的服务态欠佳、今次有点失望、服务未能保持水准

食物方面暂时还可保持水准、成为 Marriott Bonvoy 会员可享有7折优惠 品尝美酒及佳肴

在这个敏感时期能有这样的服务真的出乎意料!angel ma,酒廊小姐姐很有亲和力,人超级nice。本人小钛金,她得知我第一晚左右隔壁都很吵,第二晚二话不说给我换到了角落的套房,有什么需求找她都是笑嘻嘻地帮忙。五星好评完全是冲着她给的。

酒店位于海洋公园旁,挺方便。假日人流会比较多,如果是万豪高阶会员,到M Club办理check-in人会少一点服务会好一点,始终大堂check-in人较多。
房间的硬件不错,电视挺大,而电视台和节目分类清晰,又可以看youtube,选择多。床头柜设计方便客人放物品,挺细心。USB和电制插头足够,方便入住的客人替电话、相机等电子设备充电。唯独电视机旁的吊灯形状有点奇怪,个人觉得不太配合房间的设计。床也颇舒服,不过如果床头可以有master掣一次过关掉全间房的灯会更好。
浴室方面amenities足够,而且浴室水龙头和洗手盆水龙头是按掣式 (hansgrohe),方便得很;而且有一个大浴江,想浸浴也可以 (有提供浴盐)。
始终酒店整体的地方不算很大,当100% occupancy的时侯,酒店的餐厅似乎不足以容纳全部住客 (特别住客很多都是家庭的有老有嫩)。就算是M Club (行政酒廊) 人也很多。泳池更不用说了,堆满了很多人呢。
服务方面,因为假期的关系,整体服务方面一般,因为人实在太多,难以有很贴心的服务,也就是说当100% occupancy时,软件的配套似乎还未跟得上。
整体可以看得出酒店房间设计有心思,站在客人角度出发,但相信软件方面可以再改善,特别是occupancy高的时侯。

房间大小反映土地价值,所以房间空间不大,但电视有46吋以上,感觉不错。内园景晚上很吸引。而且小小房间以有长梳化+台可以享用食物很不错!
