要赞下牛肉非常嫩滑,入口无渣,酱料非常浓郁,松露香味尚可,份量大,性价比黎讲绝对系非常高!

要选成餐饭最钟意嘅美食,反而系呢个配菜!表层有松露,里面有和牛同日本舞茸!超级香同埋有接近分子料理嘅感官刺激! 至于foie gras,大妈已经将佢同鱼翅乳猪呢类耶一齐戒左好耐,所以无办法评论。⠀

主菜虽然系鱼,但系大妈不得不赞一赞呢个配菜。佢系用青苹果同Wasabi混合而成用黎配合鱼一齐食嘅酱料,但系大妈认为单独作为一个sorbet不为过,绝对会为你嘅味蕾带黎新鲜感。⠀

好嫩同埋几大份,但重点竟然唔系讲猪。。。而点解大妈要放盘包上去呢,因为重点系个酱!你会见到一盘类似青苔咁嘅野,唔好以为佢系摆设,其实佢系用黎点面包嘅牛油黎架! 但点解会生到成PAT青苔咁,因为佢系海苔味! 唔系讲笑,有呢碟牛油,真系成盘包食晒都仲得呀!

讲吓历史先,查实大妈一向对呢间餐厅系完全接近Blacklist状态多达六年 ‍♂️ 因为大概五六年前,大妈生日去呢度食佢嘅tasting menu晚餐,结果系非常失望,自此之后就冇再去过。

❗️楼下长文慎入,有兴趣知不满乜嘢先继续睇

可能大家会问有啲乜嘢咁唔满意,好难呢一刻再讲返好多detail,毕竟五六年前。主要黎讲系服务完全跟唔上! 而当年我记得大概HKD 1600定系1800一位,个menu系飞机boarding pass咁嘅,用料同味道绝对唔系佢声称嘅等级同质素。座位编排亦好有压迫感,完全唔舒服。
总之当晚食完,大家一致认同系唔会再去呢间餐厅,呢个价钱唔同你计Pierre呢类优质出品,就连普通出面求其一间steakhouse都分分钟好过佢。

而最近就因为同朋友去楼下国金轩食饭,佢讲起楼上呢间好味,我嘅心理阴影记忆唤醒左,席间就同佢讲我呢个恐怖回忆。佢话可能而家换咗厨师同班底,真系唔差。所以大妈就心痒痒觉得一于去试吓啦 系,冇错,大妈系好容易俾人影响好耳仔软嘅,哈哈

五年过去,发现装修无咩变,但就明显觉得座位舒服左超级多!系,我系用超级呢两个字! 就连上面包嘅一刻,都已经觉得「咦似乎真系有进步?」 摆盘各样野全部提升晒 然后上前菜食第一啖,正!去到主菜、甜品,全部无得弹!

大妈正式宣布,心理阴影全部去除,呢间餐厅绝对值得一试!一于今次出多几张相,正下名先! 仲要唔知系咪因为疫情影响,而家佢嘅价钱只系等于当年一半多D,大概只需要一千一个人已经食到佢个tasting!❤️ 非常好味又抵食!

食神大妈发觉普遍黎讲市场较少推广或者宣传爸爸节,但其实爸爸同妈妈系一样咁伟大对我地咁好架 ❤️ 大妈籍此机会 ㊗️ 天下间所有爸爸都身体健康一个开心父亲节 ⠀

旧年嚟过,不甚满意,今年再来,依然失望

地方是不错,坐得舒服,但灯光昏暗,枱上连一盏小灯也没有,在黑沈沈中进食

叫了set dinner,有三个course的,$698,但都吾知食左乜嘢,样样size 超细小,确系摆得靓呀,但吾好食呢,没有什么味道,又食吾饱,晚餐似吃茶点甘,下次不会再嚟....

好睇唔好食....怕怕...

Yet we understand you may have found the space too dark for a solo dinner to be appreciated.

Please accept our apologies if you found the portions of food too small to your liking and not matching the price of the set menu.

We truly hope we will have the privilege of welcoming you at WHISK again and surprising you with excellent quality of our seasonal Omakase dinner menu which showcases 8 chosen ingredients by Chef Oliver Li at just HK$890.

Or perhaps you'd be keen to revisit during the brighter hours of the day when the restaurant is flooded with natural daylight. Our rotating lunch or Sunday brunch is highly popular as some of the best value dining in Tsim Sha Tsui!

时间过得好快,咁就同C先生甜甜蜜蜜左一年。第一年既周年纪念就拣左法日fushion既Whisk度食。而家仲有restaurant week menu拣,$398就有3 course,加$70仲有杯白酒/红酒。 - 餐厅系酒店入面,但要由donki出口隔离既另一部电梯上。餐厅环境好靓,座位好舒服,可以望到外面园境 - 日本马粪海胆 鲜鲍鱼 松叶蟹 龙虾冻 +$100 海胆好鲜甜,份量一d都唔欺场。松叶蟹肉质鲜嫩,鲜鲍鱼好爽口,好正既前菜呀

北海道毛蟹浓汤 冲绳鸡蛋 新潟县米 汤底好杰,落左好多料煮,调味啱啱好。整开温泉蛋个下好治愈,蛋味浓郁鲜甜,蟹肉份量好多,底下搭配米粒烟烟轫轫。good!

北海道“日高四元”黑豚 杏鲍菇 薯茸
酱汁有d似日式既照烧汁,带点甜味,黑豚肉入口即融,杏鲍菇食落好爽口,用酱汁搭配薯茸食,另有一番风味。

焗波士顿龙虾 番红花 自制意大利面 南姜 龙虾肉
份量颇细,但肉质扎实,lobster tata入面仲有龙虾肉及食用花瓣,用左少少柠檬汁去吊味,带出龙虾既鲜美同清新,配有自制linguine(另上)

绢豆腐 煎茶 凤梨 及芒果
好靓又好fusion!好浓嘅豆腐味,食到啲豆腐渣,豆腐雪糕配上煎茶啫喱凤梨芒果再淋上抹茶酱,所有野加埋一齐好令人满足,凤梨芒果都好fresh同清甜。

Purple Carrot & Blood Orange Vege Scoop 紫甘笋血橙雪糕
口感似sorbet,但更加软身同浓味,血橙味好突出,酸酸甜甜咁,清新感十足,中和返饱肚感,底仲铺咗一啲消化饼碎增加口感。

好不容易终于到了周四,趁著有空便和朋友来WHISK品尝星期一及四限定的Steak & Scotch menu。就坐后店员先奉上面包,以珊瑚形状的餐具上枱,十分有特色。值得一提的是紫菜牛油十分香口,搽面包一流。

前菜我们分别选了香煎鸭肝及beef tartare。前者入口甘香,伴上酸甜的酱汁有助解腻。后者以鱼子酱盒的形式呈上,牛肉以人手切碎,口感丰富。主菜可选牛肉的不同部位,我们分别选了oyster blade和ribeye steak。个人较喜欢前者,肉质软腍,牛味香浓。

近日翻看旧照,发觉有不少餐厅值得跟大家分享,就趁「情人节」快到,就同大家介绍一间烛光晚餐的餐厅吧!
跟太太拍拖多年,为了储钱结婚,Fine Dining的次数,真系一只手有找,结婚后生活安定了,所以每年的结婚纪念日都会找一间值得「撑台脚」的餐厅。
之前一家4口庆祝,今次就撇低两个细既,一于二人世界。
地点就选了尖沙咀美丽华酒店的 Whisk。
乘坐专用电梯直达餐厅,由于是预早订台,所以安排餐厅一角,环境宁静舒适,正好慢慢享用晚餐。
当日餐厅本身有 Omakase,大家订位时可以先询问一下。
餐先送上面包篮,微温软熟的香草包跟红菜头包,涂上幼滑的海苔牛油,就算想留肚,都会令人吃过不停。
打头阵的是北海道海胆,浓香的龙虾 jelly,紧紧包裹住置底的海胆,表面再放上鱼子酱,尽显矜贵。
舀一口,甜美的海胆,仿佛与龙虾jelly溶成一体,少许QQ口感,却又带滑溜,配以鱼子酱,真是人间美味。
用酱油把鲍鱼扣得软稔入味,可以的话,用来佐酒真是无以尚之。
接着而来的福岗惠比寿蠔,放在热烫的石卵上,然后注入带甜味的高砂清酒再焗,蠔的鲜味不但丝毫无损,而且淡淡的酒香及甜度,令蠔肉味道更添姿彩。
将匈牙利菊芋打成泡沫,浇上牛肉汁增添了浓郁的香味,最后刨上几片黑松露,散发阵阵幽香,泡沫在舌尖若有若无的感觉很特别。
再来是邪恶诱人的鸭肝,外脆内软,油香口腔游走的感觉真好;中间是用糖醃制过的鳗鱼,上面是渍牛蒡,置顶的是烟燻鸭片,很有趣的组合,但却没有违和感。
精彩的菜色,是一道接一道,看似普通的蒸蛋,食之前加入乳鸽汁,香甜软滑,口感一流,再放上几片煎得恰到好处的香煎鸽胸,更是神来之笔。
另一边是炸鸽腿肉配黑蒜汁,酥香松化,极之有水准。
客人可以在猪及牛两款主菜中挑选一种。
太太点了冲绳「Agu」猪,伴碟的是烧过的秋葵,切了一小片试试,猪肉本身带甜味,质地松软有嚼口,蘸点一下旁边的南瓜蓉,味道更加升华。
至于宫崎和牛,以 slow cook 手法处理,肉质软稔而富油香,伴碟同样是带甜味的黑蒜汁,吃一口牛,咬一口青椒或爽脆的笋片,正好平均了油腻感,很细心的设计。
吃到压轴的甜品,其实已经好饱,但卖相一流,跟太太说说笑笑,此时此刻,吃什么都不重要了。
又过了一年,虽然今年面对的困境不少,但总要找个空间释放一下绷紧的情绪,至少酒店餐厅无论在食物、环境、服务及卫生上,都予人有信心,过几天就是情人节,希望大家暂且忘忧,祝有个甜蜜温馨的晚上。
