虽然是五星级酒店,服务我是觉得有落差的 。第一天 房间望出去 可能是有 烟霞, 望 得不甚清楚。 第二天同样从房间望出去都是 不清楚。 但是天空是蓝色的,望真啲原来玻璃窗极度污糟。 在the lounge & bar食晚饭, 枱椅 不甚舒服 。服务同食物质素 都不是太好 。对这间 五星级酒店 真是有点失望更多

我们来庆祝生日,酒店不仅提供了布置的服务,还提前跟我沟通,询问我喜欢什么颜色的气球。原本我们想要一只小狮子做纪念,但是我们的客户服务主任梁嘉希还细心为我们准备了生日蛋糕和手写的卡片以及海报,真的非常惊喜,看得出来非常用心! 得知我们不喝酒,还准备了无酒精的气泡茶以及两种口味的果汁,我觉得非常为客户着想。而且嘉希还为我们准备了两只小狮子,刻了我和男友的生日,这样的细节让我以后在香港只会住丽思。
晚餐我们吃的自助餐,嘉希也帮我们留了窗边的位置,这个是我们之前没想到的,在这样漂亮的夜景下吃饭真的是一种享受。
