Thank you for taking time to write such comment concerning your recent stay at our property.I was naturally most concerned to learn that you were not satisfied with the cleanliness of your room and you found cockroach in the bathroom. We had Subsequent to receiving your comment, we were able to resolve the situation by offering you an alternative room. I had immediately reviewed your comment with our Housekeeper to fumigate our rooms and to improve the cleanliness to ensure others would not have your experience. We also will look into the staff's feedback attitude in order not to happened again. Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused to you, and thank you very much again for bringing this to our attention.
