酒店服务经理RICKY LEE先生非常客气周到，我们的印象非常深刻，居住非常愉快！我们在这里居住时每天三餐都按时有送到房间门口，尤其是早餐非常丰盛美味。

Dear 小林,
Since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, hotel has always been on the forefront in supporting and working together with government and medical workers globally with our facilities to fight the virus. As Hong Kong has unfortunately been hit with another sudden wave of Covid-19 outbreaks, we continue to feel a strong responsibility to the local community and society to do our part to assist the government and all official parties as we collectively work towards containing the city’s fourth wave.
In early December, Dorsett Kwun Tong has been appointed to be one of the hotels designated as a quarantine facility for those who are close contacts of confirmed cases, and therefore all reservations checking in on or after 7 December 2020, must be relocated to alternative accommodation. All guests have been arranged alternative hotels before arrival, and for the guests decided to make their own arrangement, full prepayment has been refunded immediately. Hotel has been doing everything to make the relocation as smooth as possible.

因为隔离选择了这家酒店，送的餐饮十分好吃，房间干净卫生，整体酒店环境也很安静。
特别表扬工作人员JAN 鄭，他十分热情认真负责，在整个住房期间帮助了我们很多，离开时还帮我们免费打印了核酸检验报告。

選擇隔離酒店來到這邊，工作人員都非常熱情負責任，因為我跟我朋友平时喝水比较多，Ricky很贴心的给我们送来很多，还送来我们喜欢的隔离餐的配餐饮料～第一次来香港感受到了香港的热情与可爱。Ricky还推荐了我们之后可以去游玩的地方，真的很贴心。另外表扬一下隔离餐，比我其他朋友住的隔离酒店的餐好太多，点额外外卖送的也超及時🥰

1.可以在出发前两周内进行免费取消
2.服务人员非常热情，服务也很到位，特别是Ricky，非常耐心地帮我解决了问题，因为订的时候还是7天隔离政策，后来改成3+4才知道是只能住3天隔离酒店，及时解决了我的后面的住宿问题，还给我安排了较高楼层的大房间
3.伙食相当不错👍，附近就有网红华嫂冰室，可以点

虽然房间有点小 但是生活配套用品很全质量比较好 小冰箱烧水壶洗护用品都不错 卫生条件也不错 作为隔离酒店会提供搭配均衡的隔离餐 性价比高

是和朋友来香港隔离，酒店的服务真的很棒，缓解了旅途疲劳，Ricky帮我们办理了入住，详细解答了隔离期间的问题，很清楚的和我们讲都需要做些什么，也会推荐附近的好吃的，还送了小零食！真的是宾至如归，很感谢他为我们提供的帮助，观塘也是家值得入住的酒店～
