我不知道酒店是如何排名的，但这是最差的5星级酒店。我们在那里呆了2晚，但我从来没有见过这样的酒店。是的，70年代它就是5星级酒店，保持这样直到今天。床单和毛巾都很旧，并颜色都变暗了，杯子如此之旧。我认为管理层希望保持古董的东西，但是现在你还用70年代的东西吗。工作人员不友善，也许需要培训你，如果你喜欢明天拿到东西那么就问他们要吧。当下雨的时候，所有的水来到了我们的2间卧室的公寓，当你抱怨，他们会说这是正常的。整个酒店都是气味。很抱歉，但为了你自己的利益，看你需要怎么改造。Hamed Al AlHarthi Oman更多

我不明白这家酒店为什么会是五星级酒店。就这个价格，酒店的品质甚至都远不如雅加达普通的五星级酒店。服务方面，工作人员都还算是优秀。但是设施方面是真的需要改进，真的是太旧了。

这家虽然不是最新的酒店，但是维护的很好，酒店地理位置优越，附近有很大的购物商城，而且几分钟就能到著名的安科海滩，还有好吃的早餐餐厅，提供多种多样的自助早餐。在那里遇到的工作人员也都很友好，乐于助人，专业周到。我很喜欢这家酒店，房间很舒适，就感觉像在家里一样。一定还会再来这家酒店的。

虽然这里的房价比较高，鉴于亚运会是在这里举行的，在场馆或服务上很难挑出错误来。因为是这么大的场所，房间里有需要的一切。强烈推荐他们的午餐菜单，早餐也很不错。

我们是经验丰富的东南亚旅客，带着九岁和十二岁的两个孩子。我们预定这个酒店作为国内长途航班之间的短暂住处。从哈达机场坐出租车到这里要30-40分钟。我们的第一印象很好，来往大厅的服务很不错。大厅风格令人印象深刻。入住也没有问题，我们通过网上服务已经预订多了。我们的房间很旧，不是什么问题，但是和我们的第一印象相反了。床舒服又干净。早餐有点令人失望，亚洲菜比欧洲菜更好一点。价钱也还好，他们的带美景的游泳池是一个大的加分项。一个相当好的选择。
