希尔顿花园一切都像SOP一样的制式,仿佛面对一群机器人,没有微笑与温度
硬体上就跟所有的希尔顿花园一般,但服务上,就是有问有答,没问也不会提醒
八楼的泳池畔旁有自助洗衣,晚上十一点多我要去拿衣服
泳池的门就被锁起来了,刷卡也没用,是管制吗?没看到有告示阿,
前一晚十一点多我还来泳池这闲逛拍照耶
跟柜台求援,也是冷冰冰的叫我去泳池门前等,会派人来开门,
来了一位印度先生一脸严肃的开启了刷卡机功能,让我能刷卡开门去拿衣服
为了管制门才装刷卡机,结果还管制刷卡机.这很奇怪
隔日要退房时拉着行李箱关上房门,在走道遇到一位打扫的女士,
看着我用华文说了一句"先生早上好"这是我在这间酒店感到最温暖的问侯
为此我把评等"一般"调高为"好".感谢那位女士的问候

Thank you very much for sharing your honest and valuable feedback with us. It is disappointing to learn that we failed to offer the Brighthearted hospitality we are known for. Kindly accept my apologies on behalf of the team.
Regarding the self-service laundry, it is available 24 hours, however, between 11pm and 6am, due to safety reasons to control the access to the swimming pool, the door needs to be opened by our Security team. This information is provided in the welcome letter in every room. I understand this is not ideal, but unfortunately due to the layout of the hotel, this is the most convenient way to provide the service, without jeopardizing the safety of our guests. I am sure you will understand.
I hope you will give us another chance to change the poor impression you are now under, and we look forward to welcoming you back in the future.

在小印度区里的饭店，虽然硬体设备很新，也很舒服干净，但是cp值不算高，服务人员专业热情，在小印度区里有点吵杂。

我在希尔顿花园酒店住了一晚。这个位置非常适合享受印度风情和美味的印度食物。这个房间很贵，很漂亮，即使一切看起来都很小，住一晚上足够了。早餐有很多种类，真的很好。前台工作人员非常热情。健身房很不错。游泳池有点小，但就在这里。WiFi真的很快。对我来说，最好的部分绝对是地理位置。我会推荐。

你首先会注意到这家酒店在路的两边，你很可能会走错地方。工作人员都很优秀，而且非常乐于助人。我们一大早就到了，但提前办理入住手续没有任何问题。房间很干净，早餐很不错，酒店的地理位置也很好，步行大约10分钟就可以到达地铁站。尽管白天很热，但还是很好。正如广告所说，酒店位于小印度中部，所以晚上很吵，但噪音不会持续到很晚。不过，预计早上7点半会有一个响亮的铃声叫醒你！一次独特的体验，所有的工作人员都非常乐于助人！

房间很干净。床单和洗漱用品都很好。舒适住宿所需的所有设施这里都有。但是隔壁（美丽的）神庙发出的噪音相当大。泳池很小很拥挤。酒店位于小印度中心位置，周边的人、餐厅和商店都是印度的，挺好的。

Our location in the heart of Little India allows our guests to discover this vibrant part of the Lion City, but at same time, we are very close to Bugis/Arab St or Chinatown, to visit other and unique neighbourhoods.
