虽然不是新饭店但内部装潢都很新,入住时服务人员都非常友善尽量用中文跟我们解说,询问附近美食也很热情告知,附近环境很安静,而且还可以从机场搭公车到达非常方便,早餐非常丰富而多元性选择,吃了3天一样觉得很棒,饭店里的餐厅感觉都不错,大厅旁的咖啡厅甜点很好吃,虽然离乌节路闹区有点距离,但也让我们能多了解饭店附近的环境也是很棒的体验,是下次到新加坡会想再住的饭店。

住在乌节路上的希尔顿时,忽然看到洲际APP全球大促销,马上下定入住丽晶酒店
这是一间古朴低调奢华的酒店,可惜到处都是耶诞节装饰物破坏了整体的美感
房间有点年纪了,没有茶水台,煮开水要蹲著煮也没有胶囊咖啡机.
但是家具部份很有质感
行政酒廊很棒服务人员谈吐有温度很暖心,那是一种介于服务员又像朋友一般的寒暄
食物也很不错.下午茶及HH都有水准以上的表现,值得再回来.
对了感谢行政酒廊有吸菸区.这对我很重要

柜台的人员似乎没有经验,办理 check-in花了许久的时间
门口的doorman态度很好,因为气候炎热, 会请旅客在大厅等
不过酒店真的有点老旧,房门要往上提一下才能上锁
浴室马桶的大螺丝也有生锈的痕迹
被单的味道不够清新感
不过房间很大,抽屉也很多, 显现旅馆以前应该是很豪华的排场
电视的频道不少,并有繁体中文字幕, 赞
但二楼蒸汽浴与游泳池的动线有问题

到达后,我们还在登记时,客房服务人员拿走了我们的行李,不到10分钟就送到了我们的房间。在此期间,前台代理进一步向我们解释了丽晶俱乐部计划,还说我们在入住期间肯定会参加该活动。在整个逗留期间,所有工作人员都认真关注我们打来的所有电话以及我们对这座城市的所有询问。通过这种方式,礼宾团队提供了充分的信息,还推荐一些活动和值得参观的地方。这是我们第一次来到新加坡,感谢所有每天帮助我们的可爱丽晶团队。
