第一晚办理入职的时候，凌晨3点才到，但前台速度很慢，办了很久入住都没办好，拖着疲惫的身体给了一间位置非常远的客房，要知道我是提前发邮件留房间而且通知抵达时间的，并且我给父母订的是价格较高的景观房间，最后给了我们一个联通式的家庭房，完全没有景观，位置又便宜，如果这样，不如退我多给的费用？这间酒店非常多的家庭房，所以根本没有什么特别的安排。
早餐，酒店早餐人多到不可想象，连餐厅门口的服务员都少到可怜，住了四天，其中两天要在门口排队超过15分钟，有一天是7点去的所以没有排队。但奇怪的是餐厅根本没坐满，不懂那些指引服务员走到多远去带前一位客户了。
第一晚枕头上有红色的霉菌，真是让人恶心。还没有牙刷、办理入住的时候也不提醒。这样的服务怎么能让人相信是瑞士酒店呢？
总体来说，因为白天都在外面玩，晚上还回去酒店睡觉，一心想着算了就没有去吵架，再来新加坡一定不会选这里。

前台登记员太有限，酒店生意太好，导致员工都表现不太好。可能真的太忙，累了。给予顾客的脸都很假，有些直接严肃没反应

在漫长的返程途中，我们去了新加坡的瑞士茂昌阁酒店。酒店对细节的用心、所有员工的友好热情和酒店设施都是一流的。我们从华盛顿州珀斯（Perth）出发，在这住了6天，前台的艾伦（Allen）接待了我们。在这里住感觉就像是长期在外之后回到家、见到家人一般。这里有很棒的酒店、很棒的人和很棒的俱乐部，这时候我正坐在这个俱乐部房间写这个评论。谢谢酒店提供的一切。史蒂夫和曼迪·德菲。超赞的!

在新加坡&巴厘岛之旅的旅程中和妻子入住了这间酒店，目前刚离店。之前在猫途鹰上看了很多评论，想要找一间酒店入住，选这里算是选对了。首先，新加坡是座美妙的城市：干净、安全、热情。人们亲切友善（当在地铁站找正确的方向/线路旅行时，三名指路的路人可帮了我们大忙）。 新加坡的消费可不便宜，尤其是酒的价格。酒店员工亲切、高效，此次旅行是为了庆祝结婚纪念日和生日，为我们服务的工作人员----从前台员工到行李员，再到送来生日蛋糕的客房服务人员都知晓这一情况。酒店位置优越，毗邻克拉克码头，周围有许多酒吧和餐厅，步行（或者搭乘一站地铁）便可到达唐人街。---这里即便是在晚上依然热闹非凡。乘坐火车到滨海湾地区不会超过20分钟。酒店有一个漂亮的泳池，向所有宾客提供毛巾。来新加坡一定要到“海湾花园”观光，并且欣赏夜晚灯光秀---有点像《阿凡达》（电影名）的场景。总得来说，别具一格，值得历经长途飞行至此，基于愉快的住宿体验，推荐这家酒店。

地点很方便，离克拉克码头很近，很方便。价格也很合理，房间也很清洁整齐。服务人员Lucy Lin非常细心，对于我们的需要都非常主动询问，游泳池也很棒，有滑水道，小朋友也很喜欢，在这里度假非常开心。
