商务出差，新加坡凯煌大酒店住了一天，酒店附近很不少出名的shopping mall，也有大排档，满足您不同的饮食需要。酒店大堂需要扶手电梯到达，不小心可能错过酒店。如果出租车前往，可以直达酒店大堂。房间很大，床很舒服。

被安排4褛客房，房间比想像中大，有邻近泳池的大露台，但我房露台可直通每间客房露台，私隐度抵！－入房间时已不小心踩到水吧地面上的sticky污积。以为等第二日执房时会清洁掉，怎料连续住了４晚，每日也有打扫客房也没有被清理掉那污积。另外还有落地窗及窗帘有几处污积也没有清洁。厕所里的化妆镜也不太干净。我容忍度实在太高。整体上酒店设施比较旧。但地理位置好方便，邻近2个MRT站。

在乌节路最好的位置。离商场非常近，开车5分钟就能到穆斯塔法街（mustafa street）。房间干净整洁，员工很配合。对猫途鹰的小小建议：评论请尽量简单。我觉得有点复杂。

酒店距离几个著名的景点很近，酒店旁边有不少美食街。面条很美味。距离高速公路也很近，所以从机场过来非常方便。早餐的种类不算丰富，但味道还不错。

我在619号房间住了5晚。有一天早上7点，隔壁房间的打扫的声音吵醒了我。我认为房间的清洁时间不应该从早上7点开始，最早应该从早上9点开始。

We note your feedback on the timing of rooms cleaning and seek your kind understanding that our housekeeping hosts do have to start cleaning the rooms early as the hotel often runs high occupancy this time of the year. We do have to make clean rooms available for early check-in guests flying into Singapore on certain international flights. Nevertheless, we do hope that you enjoyed your stay at our hotel.
