我们在附近一家酒店经历过一段糟心的住宿之后，偶然入住了这一家酒店。这个地方非常干净，既现代化又宽敞。工作人员们都非常专业，乐于助人。在这里我要夸一下前台的工作人员，态度总是那么友好。酒店靠近芽笼区一些很好的餐馆，走路五分钟就可以到阿裕尼地铁站。

地理位置优越，靠近地铁站、巴士站、街头小贩和商店。房间干净，wifi稳定，登记入住和退房办理方便。水压很大，空调运转良好。这家水晶酒店现代，有些人可能不喜欢酒店所在的芽笼区（Geylang Area），但这地方很安全。

酒店不错，员工也不错。干净。房间很漂亮。在机场附近。安静的地方。廉价型但属于优等的。你也应该试试。来新加坡可以玩得很愉快。祝你在这假期愉快。

Yes, many travellers had chosen Fragrance Hotel - Crystal as their preferred accommodation choice, given its close proximity to Changi Airport, located on the eastern part of the island. I apologise for the delayed response to your question.
Our hotel does not have an in-house café or restaurant as our hotel is in the vicinity of some really great food, we would like to offer our guests the flexibility to enjoy different delicacies each morning. Please do not hesitate to approach my colleagues at the front desk for their recommendations!

这是一家很安静的酒店，里面有空调，房间打扫的很干净，住起来也很舒服。这家酒店离地铁站不远，你花费十分钟打个出租车就能到新加坡的市中心。附近的红灯区有很大噪音，不过这也没有对我们造成任何的困扰。

Yes, the Geylang district is as safe as any other part of Singapore, and it is one of the most authentic and vibrant areas of the city. 我们在飞龙水晶酒店住了三个晚上。登记入住太糟糕了。大约有30个人在大厅里等着办理入住手续。他们坐在地板上.....疯了。他们告诉我们把行李放在那里，3小时后再来，所以我们就这么做了。没什么大不了的。但其他人却很生气。房间又漂亮又干净。我们的冰箱坏了。酒店位于Gaylang，靠近地铁站，所以交通不是问题。

I am sorry to hear of your check in experience, when a tour group waiting to check in at the property had coincided with your arrival. The Duty Staff should have notified the Tour Leader to brief the guests not to sit and obstruct the lobby passageway. Having said, the Hotel Team had taken note of your comments and shall learn to better manage such a situation for all future group arrivals at the hotel.
I had also taken note of your feedback regarding the fridge which you had found it to be in a non-working condition. As I do not have information of the room you had stayed, this shall be highlighted to the Housekeeping Team who shall conduct a check during their room cleaning and report any faults to the Maintenance Team immediately.
