We are shocked and upset that you had seen it while dining with us. Being a restaurant that takes pride in having great ambiance with excellent food & drink options, we always work hard to ensure all our guests leave with a pleasant experience.

Having said that, because we are situated outdoor, it can be a little challenging sometimes, especially with unwelcome insects or birds in the vicinity, and we take full responsibly for this incident.

We would also like to take this opportunity to share with you that we practice strict hygiene standards in our hotel and restaurants with regular scheduled check with pest control. We are very confident that these insect were not from our outlets and informed our operations team to conduct an investigation on this matter.
