我给这个酒店3星，因为：1.房间里没有咖啡机，2.有很少的英文电视频道。没有新闻台。房间很好，有一个漂亮的浴室。如果你想要一个安静的房间，就要求要第二栋楼的不要面向街道的房间。客房管理一直很好。尽管他们一直开着窗户，所有我必须记住在睡觉前把窗户关上。这里的天气每时每刻都在改变。据我所知，1天内可以感受到4个季节。而且，工作人员英语说得很少。我很幸运能和一些讲西班牙语的人在一起，他们帮助了我。

Thank you for sharing your opinions about the service at the Dann Carlton Hotel during your last stay in Quito, in reference to the Coffee makers, its correct, we only have Coffee makers at the Executive Floor, although we know people love to drink coffee, we offer a great coffee experience at Europa Café by the Lobby, at the Restaurant, at the Cafeteria, even at the bar, however, if you request we can send you a coffee maker at your room, I´m sorry we did not offer you at the first day of your arrival, and about the TV channel News in English, due to a delay out of our control, CNN in English will be available soon these days. Thank you for letting us know how to improve our service to all our dear guests, we hope to have an opportunity to welcome you again in a near future.

设施老旧但是保护的很好。一个在商业街的传统的全方位服务的酒店。房间很漂亮，感觉，宽广。房间里没有空调，但是基多的普遍天气都很凉爽。晚上开着窗户的话，来自街道的噪音是个问题。自助早餐很好吃，价格包含在房费里。服务也很好。有两个餐厅，茶室，糖果店，酒吧，游泳池，健身中心，随叫随到的医生，附近还有药房。

很棒很棒的纽约式艺术装修风格还有伦敦脉动的酒店，有茶室，噢啦啦靠近购物，用餐商场，商店，餐厅，咖啡厅和基多市中心。服务是最好的，员工很友善和乐于助人，我喜欢这家酒店还有它提供的房间给你更多舒适的客厅，以及衣柜。女士们，是的，你可以带上所有行李箱。订上去厄瓜多尔的旅行吧然后来看看为什么许多每个人称之为家。它很棒而且最重要的是比其他国家更安全。当然在任何开心游玩的地方，你都应该小心。

很棒的酒店，设施，食物，员工，地理位置都很棒。不好彩的是，因为我们停留时间相当短，所以我们没有机会去体验酒店提供的所有服务。等我们再回到Quito的时候，这个酒店会是我们考虑的首选。因为我们是一个婚礼组的一部分，我不确定每年这个时候正常的预订价是怎样，但是我们拿到的价格很是不错。我们的房间很舒服，装饰到位。
