我非常幸运能以不同的理由在一年中周游世界(工作或者休闲)。在我去过的十几家酒店里,我肯定会说Sofitel Montevideo Casino是迄今为止最独特和难忘的体验。从我们遇到的第一位员工到最后一位员工,他们都致力于让我们的入住变得无与伦比。Maria Jose(副总经理)和Guillermo(领班)在所有人中脱颖而出,让这次体验成为更令人印象深刻的经历。谢天谢地,我们可以说在索菲特留下了两个好朋友,并且我相信我们会在未来再次回来。200%推荐。

这是关于如何经营酒店的高级研修班。我们的体验无与伦比。唯一有点美中不足的是,当我们在4月29日下午1点左右离开时让前台的女孩叫出租车进城,她的态度不好。其他工作人员都既专业又友好,她跟其他人一点都不像。

这家酒店超赞。房间宽敞;水疗中心令人印象深刻,非常令人放松,还带有超赞的室内泳池,有什么理由不喜欢(这里呢)?。我刚开始对选择蒙得维的亚市中心外的酒店有点担心,结果酒店地理位置绝佳,令人惊喜。这家酒店就在海滨上,位于美丽的拉斯科(Carrasco)正中心区。乌拉圭这个国家超赞,这家酒店是最佳住宿地。

这家酒店里里外外都很漂亮,前台工作人员非常乐于助人。有几件事他们需要改进:(1)叫了两次客房送餐服务,都没有回应。(2)酒店大堂/首层没有酒吧,你需要前往赌场才能喝上一杯鸡尾酒。简单的一些事情可以更好地改善酒店。

改建成现代酒店的旧物业,保持了昔日的优雅。早餐相当普通,选择有限。素食者可在4天内吃到同样的烤番茄土豆泥。管家忘记放浴垫2天了。房间设施的补充几乎没有得到照顾。对这个标准的酒店如此粗心大意,我感到很惊讶。浴缸盛不下水。几乎每天都在投诉,但既没有修好,也没有任何回应。无论何时询问,接待处都告诉他们会马上安排,但什么也没发生。这么好的地方,却缺乏用心。

We strive to maintain the french style but also incorporating some contemporary decorations in order to give our building a sophisticated atmosphere. We are glad you liked it!
