我是这家旅馆的常客。但最近酒店没有进行任何维护,变得越来越差了。去那里的唯一原因是为了获得雅高集团的积分,但这并不值得。这家旅馆没有什么好的地方了。

酒店非常接近机场,这是一个很大的优势,因为纳迪早晚都会交通堵塞。这家酒店今年准备装修,所以房间有点旧。除此之外,里里外外都干净得无可挑剔。工作人员很友好,效率很高。食物质量好,物有所值。周围是高尔夫球场,环境放松。这里不是度假村型的酒店,但在这里住几天还是不错的。

我们常常在抵达斐济,转移到珊瑚海岸的度假村之前住在这家酒店。我们通过澳洲航空预订了房间,并且花钱订了高级客房,但房间闻起来一股霉味,而且状况也很不好。食物的选择超级贵,而且品质很差。下次旅行我们可能会寻找其他的选择了。

Firstly, kindly allow me to sincerely thank you for staying with us. I have read your review with much gravity. The relevant departments have been advised of the issues you faced. Your matters of concern have been taken on board and will be given concrete attention. Our Al Fresco food dining menus reflect a Pacific origin. The menus have been engineered by a World renown Hawaiian celebrity, Chef Colin Chung and is generally well received. Our prices are subject to 25% government taxes which largely inflates the selling prices. Whilst the prices may seem high, guests who eat and drink with us, along with other hotels, contribute to the longevity of the Tourism & Hospitality industry, which is Fiji’s main source of national income.There are alternative & more affordable venues to dine at in Nadi. We are always happy to advise you on where to go.
WaggaWagga Traveller, we hope that you will give us the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

我们在五月入住在诺富特楠廸酒店,可是这一家酒店和我们预定网站智游网中的照片和介绍中有所大的出入,除了职员友善,硬件和设施很旧。很多东西要另外自费,上网等等也是要付钱的。

它既不时髦现代,也不富丽堂皇。但是床铺很好,房间是70年代风格的,铺瓷砖的地板很干净。酒店离机场很近,但你需要一辆出租车到镇上、度假村、港口和机场。另一方面,工作人员非常乐于助人,酒店也非常安静,互联网运行可靠。对住宿和做生意来说并不那么糟,也许对于想要享受斐济海洋度假的人来说,不那么有趣。早餐很普通,但你会得到煎蛋和新鲜水果。奶酪、面包和果汁很差。

It has a colorful history which was perpetuated by its proven reputation as a preferred transit hotel over the past 4 decades. Our staff are our biggest assets and I am happy that you experienced our unique brand of hospitality. We are constantly re-inventing our Food & Beverage offerings and will look into your concerns as expressed.

我是雅高白金会员,在我入住时前台工作人员并不知道这个会员的好处。他从我的信用卡中扣除存款,而且没有给我支付现金的权利,甚至没有给我收据。我的房间很恶心,尤其是浴室。我迫不及待地想在第二天退房。我还在等总经理回复我的邮件。

I am very disappointed that we were not able to meet your expectations during your recent stay with us. It is obvious from your feedback that the hotels usual high service standards and positive stay experience were not met.
