我和我妻子都盼望着我们能住在皇宫饭店。但几乎变成了噩梦。我们提前预定了一间大床套房。当我们入住时,我们得到了229房间,这可能是我在全球所有酒店住宿中见过的最差的套房。以下是对229房间的描述:首先,这个房间有麝香味,也就是你从壁橱里的湿毛巾上闻到的气味;-有两个房间,卧室和客厅,浴室和狭窄的走廊作为“分隔”。我猜这间套房以前是两个卧室,然后合并在一起;-卧室的小窗户面对着(附近)另一栋大楼的一边。除非你一直关上窗帘,否则根本没有隐私可言;-床又旧又吱吱的响。床单褪色了;-客厅的家具也很旧;-房间是在酒店最远的角落;-我要走很久很久。我立即向接待处投诉,接待处最初对我说,酒店当天客满,“也许”我们可以在第二天换房间,如果我们第二天还联系他们的话。我完全不能接受这个结果。我要求和值班经理谈谈,但他不肯和我说话,或者前台不想给我接通。最后,我放弃了,打电话给萨格勒布滨海酒店预订了一个房间。我们告诉皇宫酒店,为了避免住在229房间,我们不介意付2个酒店房间的住宿费。就在那时,皇宫意识到我们的抱怨是认真的。长话短说,他们立即把我们搬到了4楼的另一间大床套房(404室),这间套房明显比229室要好,还有公园的景色。在接下来的几天里,酒店通过接待人员、餐厅服务员和客房部为我们提供的优质服务“挽回”了声誉。但我必须说,229房间和我们为了换一个应得的好点的房间而经历的过程是令人失望的。这家店的位置很好,位于市中心。但千万别住229房间!

Thank you for choosing our hotel for your stay in Zagreb and for taking the time to post a review on TripAdvisor. Constructive feedback is always helping us to keep on course in regards to quality and service. Our aim is to provide the quality and standard which will meet all guests’ expectations.

Our aim is to meet all guests’ expectations and we regret that your experience in some areas was less than perfect. However, we fully understand and respect each person’s individual taste and preferences. We truly regret you didn't have positive experience with originally assigned room 229 but we're happy that our staff succeeded to assign you other room which was much more suitable for you.
Unfortunately, our hotel is fully booked most of the times and even though we're eager to please our guests and fulfill their requests, such as assigning them another room, sometimes it is not possible due to the full occupancy. However, we always have done and always will do our best to accommodate all of our guest's requests and wishes.

Nevertheless, we appreciate your remarks as they help us to improve. We have discussed them with respective heads of departments to follow up and introduce necessary improvements.

Thank you once again for your honest feedback. We hope that despite these situations, you enjoyed your overall stay with us and that you will choose to return to Zagreb and have a truly positive and memorable experience.

地理位置优越,如果你有机会预订套房的话,你会发现房间里配有钢琴!就算价格有差异也是值得,因为你会得到额外的房间和小阳台。早餐是在一个充满了华丽的旧世界氛围中的房间里进行的,而且员工超级有礼貌。要注意的是下午2点之前确实不会提前办理入住手续,我们到达的时候是下午1:30,不过他们会帮你存放行李。

我们只在这家酒店内住了一晚,感觉还好。房间内的床睡起来不舒服,不过服务还不错。这家酒店是一家历史悠久的酒店,很老旧,比我们在斯普利特和杜布罗夫尼克住过的酒店都要差。然而,这家酒店所处的位置很不错,可以步行去到所有景点。我的孩子和丈夫都抱怨这里有异味,但我还能忍受。这里的房间很干净,维护得很不错。

酒店靠近主广场(600米)和萨格勒布的所有市中心景点。 酒店超出了我们的期待。房间很好,大小合理,早餐非常好,工作人员非常令人愉快,十分乐意提供帮助。强烈推荐

萨格勒布的宫殿是那些以其声誉为生的古老的贵妇人酒店之一。这样的名声已经不值得了。虽然我订了一间双人房,但作为一个单身旅行者,我被安排在一间“单人房”。“狗笼”应该更具有描述性。 它小得令人尴尬,而且它也很脏,浴室不允许你有转身的空间。枕头鼓鼓囊囊的,就像某人的洗衣袋,床也不够长,不能容纳一个(5英尺11英寸)的成年人。我被迫住了一晚,但第二天一早就马上退房了。

We are sorry to read that our room size didn't fulfill your expectations. I've checked the situation with our Front Office Manager - the travel agency you've travelled with booked a single room without remark of double single use. However, we fully understand and respect each person’s individual taste and preferences.
Our basic type of rooms - Comfort rooms - reach the size of 22 square meters per room. As the size of Comfort room wasn't suitable, we would like to recommend that next time you book Superior room, which is a room of higher category, that spreads over 30 square meters.
Regarding the bed measurements, all the beds in the rooms of our hotel are two meters long which should comfortably accommodate a guest 180 cm tall. However, we regret that you've found our bed uncomfortable.

Thank you once again for your honest feedback. We hope that despite these situations, you enjoyed your overall stay with us and that you will choose to return to Zagreb and have a truly positive and memorable experience.

很棒的酒店,位置也很好。年头足够久,很有特色,装潢很棒,但是又翻新的很好,所以也很现代化,房间没什么特别的,不过挺好的,浴室,早餐,一切都很好,除了第二天他们整理房间时拿走了我的面巾。我向他们反馈了,但是没收到回复。如果他们找不到我可能也不会惊讶,因为可能在洗衣房里。你可能以为他们又给了我一条,不过他们没有。不过还是强烈推荐这里。
