Our aim is to meet all guests’ expectations and we regret that your experience in some areas was less than perfect. However, we fully understand and respect each person’s individual taste and preferences. We truly regret you didn't have positive experience with originally assigned room 229 but we're happy that our staff succeeded to assign you other room which was much more suitable for you.
Unfortunately, our hotel is fully booked most of the times and even though we're eager to please our guests and fulfill their requests, such as assigning them another room, sometimes it is not possible due to the full occupancy. However, we always have done and always will do our best to accommodate all of our guest's requests and wishes.
Nevertheless, we appreciate your remarks as they help us to improve. We have discussed them with respective heads of departments to follow up and introduce necessary improvements.
